The property is not big enough for 9 people, no room to sit and eat or even watch television. All very cramped for space.

it was in a fabulous location, 2 minutes from the nearest tube station and was just what we needed for a girls weekend , the beds were so comfy and the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were top notch. The owner was very helpful with all our queries . I would definitely stay here again !

All the facilities were modernised and clean. The apartment owner was nice and kind. I will stay the same accommodation when I come back to london.

We did not ended up in the apartment of our choice because the water heater broke. We got the news 24 hours prior our trip but the owner had an alternative solution. Things happen. Even if the apartment did not have 3 bedrooms we booked, we were able to squeeze in and at the end it was ok.

The accommodation was a very high standard it was clean and comfortable with absolutely everything you needed to make your stay perfect, including parking. If we are in the area again we would most definitely book this accommodation. All instructions given so entry to the accommodation was straight forward. Very good hosts.

Comfy beds

Very hot in the flat even with the fans.

Newly renovated and very nice. The host was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I liked having free parking. Also close to a train station made it easy to get into London. The area is very diverse which we also liked.

No A/C. We stayed here during a hot weekend and the place was nearly unbearable.

Do to maintenance issues, the property manager called and switched us to another apartment with less then 24 hrs prior notice to our arrival. He stated that the new property was nicer then the one we booked and offered all the same amenities. But when we arrived we were very disappointed. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and the one we switched too was only a two bedroom and much smaller. The living room area only had a two person couch, the one we booked had a sectional, so there was no way our party of 6 could enjoy the living room area together. There was also only a 4 person table to eat at, the one we booked had a 6 person table, so we could not eat together either. It was extremely hot in the unit, no air conditioning, so we were miserable when trying to sleep. The apartment windows were closed when we arrived and there are no curtains so that contributed to the issue. The window blinds alone do not help to keep the sun and heat out. The location was terrible, very dirty, run down neighborhood with trash and over grown yards everywhere. It was a much longer walk to the Tube then the one we originally booked. The shower would not drain, my husband ended up pulling a huge hair ball from it. Not something he should have had to do on vacation. I asked the property manager if we would be reimbursed for the smaller accommodations and he said, “we didn't want to cancel on you and we really struggled to accommodate you last minute. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people. You can park your for as long as you need. Wishing you a comfortable stay.” So we paid for a bigger unit but stayed in a smaller unit and they don’t plan to compensate us for the price difference. Nor the inconvenience of being switched to a worse unit last minute. If the owner would have told us it was smaller, with less bedrooms, we could have looked for another property on Booking.com and made our own decision. But from our view, this was a total “bait and switch”.

The stairs are very steep and quite dangerous. I would not recommend this place for young families as there is not any form of barrier or gate. Even as adults when walking past the staircase and entering the main living area you had to watch that you didn’t step into the stairwell.We also had no where to put our excess garbage as we stayed 5 nights.

Excellent location for travel to central London and Ilford

The property was clean and comfortable for our large group of 5 adults and 3 children and had everything we needed for our weekend away. Parking for free outside the property and 2 minutes walk to the train station into London.

I liked everything

There is one each of large TV in all three bedrooms. The bedroom is large and the bed is comfortable. The communication with the owner is smooth and fast. This place is really close to underground. It is convenient for us to go to Zone 1. But there are only a few shops close by. Parking is easy as it is just in front of the house.

The size of the house doesn’t seem large as 100 sq metres. The kitchen is small but with sufficient essentials except there is no gloves for oven. The dinning room is separated from the kitchen. It is not big. Luckily there is a large table for 6 persons. The staircases are very steep and the carpet is loose not fixing on the staircases. My son felt down on the first day. Luckily he is young. The wooden floor is wobbling and loose when you walk thru. The owner said that they would fix these two issues after our check out.

I think think this is the third time we have stayed at this property. It is always such a comfortable stay with our family. It is spacious, super clean and so cosy and comfortable. The beds are always snuggly and warm. It is very close to the tube station and is in a very safe neighbourhood with shops and restaurants close by

Nothing to dislike!

Perfect for our needs - plenty of rooms and space for us (5 of us) and ideal for our itinerary. Easy access to the tube and parking. We hope to stay here again next year

There is a problem with the waste pipe on the kitchen sink - the host kindly attended to repair while we were out. I must note that this did not impact on our stay at all and host was prompt and accommodating in all respects
