The room amenities were ok

The size of the room was very small and the cost was not as per the value

The room is very small. They made double beded room in a space of single bedded Room. TV is not working. Staff could not made it workable. There is no space for keeping two bags in a room. They did not provide hanger for hanging garments. They provide only one 500ml complementary watter bottle for one day only. There is no foot mat. Restaurant is too costly. They charged rs 100 for one bottle of water. Passage lightings , reception lightings is very poor. Less quantity of staff. Cleanliness is average. Not worthy according to daily tariff/room charges.

extremely poor rooms with dirty stained pillows and bed sheets. filled with mosquitoes. The staff are extremely rude and we checked in at 1 am and had to change rooms after seeing the horrible condition that was offered. No decent restaurant. they had not even changed any bed covers for god knows how long. Absolutely rude staff who had no solution but to say if you don’t like it change the hotel. I don’t recommend this to anyone. we had no option late night but never going back

Nothing, very bad behaiour of stuff in the receiption and Room service. One Nepali stuff misbehave.

I booked deluxe room but they provide me a economic room , room size was like bathroom , when I told them I paid for deluxe room , they said talk to the booking.com, how can they booked your room at this price,

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed , even when I asked them to give me the bill they denied and make an excuse...

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate holidays... The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and has a fantastic charm.

The room wasn't decided as we expected. They gave us the single two beds which we didn't want we had to ask the front desk to change the room again.

The reception team were too arrogant, the rooms were too small with no complimentary breakfast and charges too high with no proper room amenities as cupboards or table chair, bathroom kit. Late and ignorant services.

Neither Break fast was complimentary nor we had been offered for complimentary services.Responce at reception was very rude.There was not atall any room service on time.Room was too small, Drinking water was not served inspite of several requests.Ac Tv, wi fi ware not functioning.

Great place to stay! Full service and relaxing, great location, great food. It was a completely enjoyable business trip and I want to go back already.

Employees at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping are always so pleasant and helpful; it is pure joy to deal with them.
