Baywatch House est une maison au bord de l'eau idéale pour des vacances sur l'île de Chincoteague.
Orienté plein sud et donnant sur l'eau se trouve le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine, la chambre principale et l'une des deux autres chambres, une terrasse de 50 '+ avec grill, des chaises longues et une salle à manger. La salle à manger extérieure est à la vue des magnifiques couchers de soleil à l'ouest et au bord de l'eau au sud. Grill Weber avec tous les outils fournis. Il y a une grande salle bonus avec des salles à manger face au nord et à l'ouest, donc de belles vues sur les couchers de soleil sont possibles
Espace de vie principal: Il y a 3 chambres: La chambre principale a un lit king confortable avec 2 placards et une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire de 6 pieds. Great property such a relaxing way to get away and enjoy some time as a family.

This was not only the best vacation I’ve ever taken, but it was also the best VRBO our family has ever stayed at. The house is absolutely beautiful with wonderful views, refreshing breezes off the porch, and an open layout that is very appealing. The host is an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner who is very friendly and accommodating. I would give this home 10 stars if I could!

We came to town with two families and Grandma. House worked great! Lots of extra linens, plates, glasses, etc. The view from the deck was amazing, and we all enjoyed spending time out there. It is on the far end of the island; it was peaceful and quiet there, but not too far to go to ice cream (3 times!) during our week there. The area around the dock is very muddy, which made the dock entirely unusable...even for children not afraid of mud and muck.

No dissapointments here! The home is gorgeous,the setting is perfect, and the Ponies were the icing on my 50th birthday weekend cake from The Creamery! Even our stormy lightning striking Memorial Day night was Awesome! Great views of sunrise and sunsets...even caught some blue claw crabs to enjoy! Thank you for having us!
Best first time to Chincoteague my family could have had! My daughter got engaged on your dock!!!! What a weekend!
Please note: we bought and installed new bulbs for fridge, the grill wouldnt start for us(seems like the regulator), the knob for the soak tub sprayer was broken. I just used a cup to help rinse out tub, and the master shower drain is slow, but i wasnt sure what product you use so we dealt with it. Seriously great home!

Overall the house is absolutely beautiful and one of the most well appointed and equipped homes we've had the opportunity to rent. The views from the home are stunning! The only downside was that we rented the home so we could kayak and it was quite difficult to get the kayaks from the back of the home to the water. There is a stretch of land between the home and water that is a right of way for ponies and it was very muddy. We would definitely rent the home again if not kayaking!! It was a beautiful home!

Truly a perfect spot - the view and location are amazing! Our entire family had an amazing week here and cannot wait to return. The house met all our needs and the view is truly beyond amazing.

Lovely spot to get away for a few days. Horses on neighboring property (retired island ponies we think) wandered in front of the deck one morning, well stocked with basic necessities, several tables including one out on the deck. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet spot near (but not walkable to) all the amenities of the island and nearby beaches where you can sit and admire the view from any room or the large open deck.

The house was gorgeous, the setting, right on the water, even more so. We saw tons of birds, and saw the local ponies once, despite the yucky, rainy weather. House is very cozy and also has multiple tables, great for people like us who like to do jigsaw puzzles and play games on vacation!!

My sister and I dont get many chances for vacation get-aways. This home was just what we needed. Beautiful views, nature all around ,quiet and everything we needed. Our 4 days went much to quickly . Jane ,the owner was very nice and responsive as well. And yes, we did have horses around us on multiple occasions. Sunsets, and all sorts of birds added to 4 peaceful ,restful days . Thankyou so much Jane for sharing your beautiful home with us . Will definitely be back . Mary S.

We really enjoyed our stay. My first pony came from Assateague as a child. We try to visit Chincoteague as often as we can and decided to try a Vrbo. Jane was Amazing to work with. Communication was wonderful. The location is away from town and so peaceful. We enjoyed the waterfront deck and bird watching. We lit a fire every night as we watched TV or read. The home had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we even had daily visits from the local and very friendly kitty. It felt like home. Thank you Jane for allowing us the opportunity. We will be back!

The property has incredible views, in a peaceful location and easily accessible to the historic downtown. The weather was a bit chilly so we were able to enjoy fabulous fires in the large open living space!
We were in town for my birthday celebration which coincided with the Christmas Parade, that truly everyone in town participated in!
Our host Jane was so accommodating and very responsive to any questions we had.
I would highly recommend this property to a group of friends or larger family to enjoy,

We saw the private-herd ponies the first afternoon and numerous birds from the comfort of the living room, including late-migrating yellow-rumped warblers and resident egrets, white ibises, great blue herons, herring gulls, oyster catchers and napoleon gulls. Peaceful and tranquil location. The WiFi service was spotty and the TV is older technology so we couldn’t cast to it, but these were minor issues. We had a nice fire each night. Great break overall and we hope to return in the spring.

There is no other property on the island that has everything that Baywatch has to offer - it is unmatched. Where else can you awake to a stunning sunrise over Oyster Bay while watching a dozen wild ponies grazing peacefully a mere 10 feet from your deck - we were in awe! We saw them almost daily during our week-long stay, either bayside or along the salt marsh estuary on the opposite side of the house, which is a birder's paradise. The home itself is lovely and flooded with light - it is beautifully appointed and welcoming and has everything one might need in the abundant cupboards. Jane is the perfect host - unobtrusive yet available immediately if you have a question (her brother is actually the town's Mayor - Jane has a wealth of knowledge of Chincoteague). From the tranquility and privacy of the exquisite setting yet quick and easy access to restaurants and shops, you will find nothing that compares. I found tears flowing throughout our stay in awe and wonder of the gift and blessing of this magical place. We cannot wait to bring our family with us the next time to experience the magic.

This home is so beautiful, warm, inviting and extremely quiet. The views are amazing and nature surrounds you. Ponies visited us on 2 days and the friendly gray cat hopped up on the deck quite frequently. Jane was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Take the Cowboy Cruise with Hunter. It was unforgettable!

The place was incredible, the views from the deck are breathtaking, and the location is so peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space for at least 6 people, lots of spots to relax and enjoy the views. Master bathroom was a personal highlight, as well as the visits from a cute chubby cat! We saw a few wild horses and plenty of birds. Highly recommend this property!

My favorite place was out on the deck under the stars, seeing the Chincoteague Lighthouse light, and hearing the distant surf (Yes! You can hear the waves crashing on the Assateague shoreline from this house.) I brought my own kayak and actually launched it from the backyard--but it was a challenge. There's a wharf but a boardwalk to get to the water's edge would have been a great feature. I saw ponies across the way, through binocs. And so many Great Herons in the front marsh! Lovely vacation. We'll be back for sure.

We went for the pony swim. House is perfect. Views are great, location is private and quiet but still only 5 minutes from the “downtown” part of the island. Would 100% come back. Neighborhood Horses wandered into our yard every morning and the kids caught crabs off the dock. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.

We had a fabulous stay in Chincoteague! The house was clean and updated and perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 year old loved the window bed. We stayed in early spring, and found it a great time to visit the island - minimal bugs, but lots of birds and wildlife. The weather was chilly, but we had a great time bike riding and hiking on Assateague. The views from this house are stunning. You're either looking out at the bay or the creek. We had fun watching the horses from the porch, but my 3 year particularly enjoyed the neighborhood cat.
Jane went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we go back to Chincoteague!

We had a terrific time. Everything was as promised, the owner was very easy to coordinate with and very helpful, and the views were stunning. We loved seeing the ponies come by, too!

Jane’s house was amazing. It was very well stocked with all the basics, which was very convenient. Jane went above and beyond with wonderful smokeless fire pit and for hooking us up with a pot for a seafood boil. The views were absolutely amazing. We loved seeing the ponies. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Jane for a wonderful stay in your beautiful, comfortable home with spectacular views! We felt very fortunate that the ponies visited the property most days. Along with the ibises, egrets and a bushy tailed fox, it is a nature lovers dream! And kitty visited (a lot!). So much to do in the area, but be sure to visit the quaint shops on Main Street and the nature trail down the side street by the high school is a lovely little path, natural to the left, paved to the right. History lovers will enjoy a stop at the Captain Timothy Hill House along the road to the house too. Bonuses for us at the house - lots of glass leftovers containers since we like to cook, the soaking tub, a real wood burning fireplace, and cozy quick working heat for those chilly nights. One of our top VRBO rentals!
