I booked this property a week prior to our stay. It was cancelled on the day of our arrival before we had a chance to check-in. It was apparently double-booked. No communication from the owner despite repeated attempts. Alternative accommodation offered by Booking.com was a few hundred dollars more expensive. No other offer of compensation for the late cancellation.

The townhouse was spacious, clean, well-presented and well-equipped. It is really rare to find a stylish, modern property that is pet-friendly. There were lots of nice little touches like Netflix, Nespresso machine and a TV in the master bedroom. Although it is close to a busy road, we didn't notice the traffic noise
The heating upstairs was brilliant, but the house was pretty cold downstairs. (It didn't affect us, but guests with a car that is wider than a mid-sized SUV might find it challenging to get in and out of the carports.)

Great layout in this townhouse, fantastic location with shopping plaza/eateries & pub literally across the road in easy walking distance.
Couple of extra bath towels would have been handy for girls with long hair post-shower!! Facewashers not supplied!

Couches are a bit uncomfortable.

Great house with everything you need. The host is very responsive. There was a minor issue when we arrived and he fixed it immediately. Thanks David!
The place has washing machine and dryer (and detergent 🤗) hairdryer, and lots of condiments in the kitchen...
The heating downstairs is not very effective but not much to be done about it really. Upstairs where the bedrooms are is lovely and warm.

Great location, everything we needed on the doorstep and central access via road and public transport. Felt very comfortable and safe. Quiet location.

Nice place, good location, clean and had everything we needed.
There was some confusion, our first night had been double booked and we didn't know this until the morning of the night we were to arrive.
It was the Easter weekend and for a family of 4 it was extremely difficult to get accommodation at such short notice. We had to stay 2 hours away, thankfully there was a campground that always keeps one cabin for emergency accommodation.
This was quite an inconvenience, mainly not being notified until the day of arrival, and this was only after I had sent a message to them to confirm our accommodation. It cost us more money to stay somewhere else and then we had to arrive on Good Friday, supemarkets were closed and we were not able to buy food to cook as planned.
The owner advised it was something to do with Booking.com, I hope they have revised their booking process and don't rely solely on Booking.com now.
We had previously stayed at another property for 4 days, the owner was in contact a prior to our arrival to confirm our stay and advise about the property, where to park, when to put out rubbish bins etc. Very good communication.
I had to ask about the rubbish bins from West Croydon Condo, even though I did get a reply on the Booking.com app, I also received several messages stating they were "out of the office"
Nice place, just poor communication.

Clean and spacious with lots of home conveniences
Remote for downstairs tv not working despite changing batteries and attempting to contact host

Perfect location for boys basketball tournament and good for family of 6
Other neighbours using parking space in front.

Very clean close to shops and parks nice size court yard good for little kids and dog
Absolutely wonderful will definitely stay there again
