The location is a 5min walk to the beach lake and a 10-15min walk to the „city“ of lugano. The appartement itself was really nice and clean.

It felt like the owners were very focused on the money. Thy let me know multiple times that if something gets broken they‘ll charge us, and that they might visit us spontaneously to see if we’re treating the appartement well. And that if we check out later than the fixed time it will cost xx more. We felt like they were too focused on the money and less on making it a great experience for the client. It‘s also a bit too expensive in our opinion... won‘t go there another time as the energy felt icky...

Even if we only communicated with the staff via email, they were very friendly and helpful. We also liked the spacious apartment and the coffee maker.

A previous tenant must have smoked in the apartment, because the cigarette smell was still very noticeable, even though the apartment was clearly marked as non-smoking. The shower head should be replaced. There was barely a stream of water. The freezer was also broken, but we didn't need it.

Clean appartment which was well situated and corresponded to our expectations. The bedding as well as the other equipment was clean and in working order.
