I have no complaints

The staff was able to accommodate us after a mishap on the top floor. My kid was sick and a guy was smoking on the top floor so they quickly moved us next door to the people we were traveling with. 10/10 and we will be using this hotel again.

Perfect location for family activities. The facilities were very clean and our room was very comfortable. Was very pleased to be on top floor, we were not disturbed by other guests noise at all.

Not much to say here. There only thing I can think of is the batteries seemed to be going out in the remote. And the trash cans in the rooms seemed small.

not much i liked about this visit

The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, the pool was green and obviously hadn't been cleaned in sometime . There was a huge hair ball just floating in the middle of it. You could not see through the bottom in a 3ft pool!! There was a huge pile of glass from a broken window, from the dust on the caution tape that had been there awhile. I understand it taking time to get the window repaired, but why not clean up the glass? All the tables around the pool were filthy. Hotel manager was just chilling on the couches while the outside looked awful. He even walked by the mess multiple times.
