We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment, which was exactly as it was described. Alina and Luciano were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was perfetto! There was a cute place nearby for breakfast and aperativos. The clothes washer and dryer came in handy and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay in Florence.

We had a most memorable time in beautiful Florence with our stay. The apartment was located in a wonderful area with east access to parking, walkable areas for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants! The views from our balcony were fabulous and our hosts were so accessible and accommodating! Thank you Luciano and Alina!

We loved our stay at this apartment! Our hosts were great to communicate with, giving us detailed check-in and stay info and recommendations. It was more beautiful than photos - very spacious for a downtown apartment. There’s a garage just four doors down to stash your car if you drive there - very convenient.

The water pressure made it nearly impossible to take shower

The location was perfect. The city of Florence is very walkable and this was centrally located. Ownership was very helpful in recommending restaurants As well as sending us clear photos of what do you look like from the outside so we knew exactly where we were going when we arrive. Super helpful! You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very nice and accurately described. We loved being right on the Arno River and close to a lot of wonderful restaurants. The only downside was it was relatively noisy in the bedrooms with street noise, but that is somewhat to be expected given how busy the area is. It was great to have a washer and dryer and the apartment was well equipped overall with everything needed for an excellent visit.

The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It’s extremely clean and is a classic Italian apartment. I did think it was going to have 3 bedrooms so I was a little confused by the listing. Alina was so easy to deal with and as flexible on timing. The view was worth stunning and can’t be beat. It’s amazing!!!

The apartment is great — on the 5th floor (don’t worry, there’s an elevator) with a panoramic view of Florence. There’s even a small balcony that opens over the Arno - loved standing out there in the morning with coffee. The apartment is very clean and even has a washer and dryer. We had 5 adults staying with plenty of room to keep everything comfortable. Luciano and Alina were so attentive and helpful as our travel to Florence involved a lot of delays. We hope we have the chance in the future to stay there again.

We cannot say enough good things about this apartment! It really is right in the middle of Florence, right along the Arno with views of the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment itself is beautiful with high ceilings, big windows, hardwood floors and comfortable couches and beds. We especially appreciated the (at least) 60 inch smart TV for watching the World Cup. The neighborhood is safe and has tons of cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store all within a 10 minute walk. Our favorite restaurant was called San Felicia; it is about a 7 minute walk and named for the church of San Felicia, which it is next to. Alina was warm and welcoming at check in. We would recommend this place to anyone who is going to Firenze and look forward to going back ourselves as soon as we can!

Location was fantastic, very clean and nicely furnished with all amenities . It was nice to have 2 bathroom and didn’t have to share . Only problem was it was sometimes noisy from the street at night. the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this apartment

This apartment was a great choice for our families stay in Florence. The location was right off of the Ponte Vecchio in a secure building with a beautiful view. We arrived early and Alina was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage. Communication was always quick. The Nespresso machine was a plus!

This apartment has a great, 5th floor view of the Ponte Vecchio. It is large with two bedrooms (if you like a VERY firm-to-hard mattress then you are in luck..) with a nice kitchen and two baths. The location is fantastic. The minutes you exist the building you have coffee shops, bars, a grocery store just a hop, skip and jump away. Really was a great location for most anything.

We had an amazing time - the apartment was perfectly situated and easily accessible to everywhere in Florence. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend this listing.

We absolutely loved staying in this unit. Alina and Luciano were so welcoming and the place was even better than we imagined. The fridge was stocked with water and milk and they left a bottle of wine and snacks for us!!! Great experience and location couldn’t have been better 🥰

The view and location are the main selling point. Inside; a bit dated. Could use newer couches. The AC a bit aged and lacked some power but reasonably comfortable. The internet was slow But couldn’t ask for a better view and proximity to main sites!!! Host answered questions readily via what’s app

Pictures really don’t do the apartment justice, the views take your breath away - the duomo, ponte vecchio and right on the Arno. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Luciano and Alina’s communication was amazing, even responding immediately late in the evening when we accidentally overloaded the electricity and had to reset the trip switch. The area is bustling and buzzy, which means a bit of noise from the road at night in the bedrooms, but it’s a small price to pay for the location. Would 100% recommend, and would very much like to stay again! Thank you so much for your hospitality 🙏

This was the perfect place to stay in Florence. The location is ideal, close to everything you need in Florence. Alina was great to work with, gave us a smooth check in, check out process and even helped take special care of us with a daughter who was not feeling great the day we checked in. Quick summary of the apartment and the things we look for when renting from VRBO: - Beds are very comfortable and there are A/C units in each room of the house. Very key given the HOT summer in Europe right now. - Kitchen is very well stocked. The espresso machine was a special treat each day. - Size! The apartment is huge. We felt very luxurious given it was an apartment right in the city and overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. Sunsets are incredible from the balcony each night. - Bathrooms - well equipped and the blow dryer came in handy. The shower is on the smaller side, but worked great. - Generous closet space. - Parking garage a few doors down and easy to find, get in/out of. - Communication with host was easy and good. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay when in Florence. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again!

The house has amazing views. The location is great. The kitchen was well stocked. The espresso machine was a nice little bonus. I they were snacks left in the kitchen. There was a queen bed and a twin bed and both bedrooms. The place is very clean. The garage depart the car is just maybe 100 feet down the street. We were having trouble finding a location due to one Road saying you cannot go down the road. We called and talk to the owner and she was Quick to respond and tell us that we were able to drive down that road because we would be staying there. She even came downstairs and flagged us down to show us where to park. The property is in great walking distance to all the major sites in Florence

This was an amazing property and exceeded our expectations. Alina was a fabulous host and very accommodating. If you can secure this property it is well worth the money. Fantastic location, all the comforts or home and a view to die for. I would definitely rent this property again!

This Property was surprisingly large and way bigger than I expected! Though I was only traveling with my Aunt (leaving my 3 kids and husband at home in the states) It could have easily and very comfortably fit all of us. Bedrooms are a decent size. Access to the apartment was very easy and we were able to drop our bags early if we needed to. The location is absolutely ideal and right on the water with a view that could not be matched by surrounding properties. We walked everywhere without need for Taxi and couldn’t have been more pleased. The only regret is that we could not have stayed longer than one night. Great place and Alina was very helpful and even assisted with arranging our taxi for the early morning trip to the airport. Thanks again!

This was a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. If we ever travel to Florence again we would certainly stay here!
