Amenities fully functional for 6 days for a family of 5. Location is excellent with vendors and shops right out the main entrance. Also within waking distance to L’Arc de Triumph, Champs Elisee, Tour d’Eiffel, Musee d’Arms and others (longer walks but great for seeing Paris on foot). We really did find the rentals to be charming, simple and with character. Both the online manager support and in-person girl were very helpful and deserving of thanks. My opinion: if you care about a clean, functional and relatively low cost place, while spending money elsewhere, then this is great. If one’s idea of Paris is to be entertained in a posh hotel, this isn’t it.

The capacity of the hot water container is too small for a family of 5. Need to ration the use of the warm water or just take cold, summer shower if you’re the last in line to shower.

The location is very good, walking distance to major attractions, next to metro and bus stop, a lot of supermarket and restaurants nearby. The kitchen has all necessary stuff we need.

The bed in the bedroom is too soft for us.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The staff members were really helpful and so kind. Wonderful place in Paris!

Strategic location, just walking distance to gallerie lafayette and other attraction place. Place near to halal food store and convenience store.
