The apartment was perfect for 3 of us. It was very clean and comfortable.

The location is great, and there are good shops in the neighbourhood. Good kitchen, not that we cooked much. Even though it is listed as a on bedroom, the front room with a comfortable sofa bed allowed me to have privacy I needed. An early checking was possible as I arrived on a very early flight.
Checkin did not go as easy as expected. Someone was to meet for check in, but didn't show at the time agreed. Instead I found the accommodation office across the road - from there all was wonderful

Great location
We had to set up and put linen on the two fold out bed for our children, despite booking for the correct number of people. The shower drain is blocked so base fills with water, the roof leaked over night as well.

The location is perfect as a base for exploring all the best of Paris. Wonderful restaurants, cafes and shopping are at your doorstep, and the metro and buses are very close. It was quiet street and the apartment had a spacious layout (much more space that usual for Paris apartments!) for our family of 5. The pull-out beds are not very comfortable, but typical of sofa beds.
Our host was late meeting us at the apartment to give us the key, leaving us standing in the street with all our luggage for 25 minutes. The bathroom is very small but the rest of the apartment is spacious.

The best location, larger apartment size, two sleep sofas, safe/secure, a lot of amenities, including a full kitchen and an all-important washing machine with provided detergent and air drying rack, and a working (very narrow) elevator! The apartment is located in a relatively quiet side street in the Marais with countless cafes/brasseries/bistros etc. within walking distance. The host is responsive. Decent AC, but only cools 2 out of the 3 rooms.
The shower was small and a little moldy. There is no place to put your soap, shampoos bottles, etc., in the shower except for on the floor. The water heater is small and can be quirky. You're going to have to avoid long showers or spilt up shower times to avoid using it all up. The owner was 45 minutes late meeting us to get the keys (he was with another client who had a problem). With too many bags to move around, we just had to wait outside the street entrance on the curb until he arrived. He did apologize and gave us a free Clarins bath amenity kit and other apartment supplies for free. Do be aware that there is an 80 euro city tax fee. Others have made mention of the 1000 euro security deposit, which is sadly true. The main master bed mattress is worn out and not supportive at all.

FABULOUS location in the middle of a great neighborhood. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Loved that there was a washer/dryer
Had to purchase soap for the bathroom/kitchen/laundry.

The location was great.
Firstly, the property requires a 1000 euro deposit which is NOT in the listing, and was made known to us after the free cancellation date.
The property has a tiny elevator which makes it difficult to transport anything other than 1-2 luggages.
The property agent/owner that came to open for us was rude and sarcastic. However, even past his sarcasm, he failed to mentioned that the ceiling would be dripping, yes dripping, and that we would be left with no hot water to have a shower on our last night. Both of which, when we informed him, he was aware of.
Needless to say that with two children unable to have a proper shower, before our flight, we were not impressed.

Location was good, great kitchen, host was friendly.
Damage deposit funds were temporarily held despite being told the card would not be charged.

Very good location, comfortable apartment, well equipped and with everything new.
We only had some issues with the hot water, seems the electrical wiring of the apartment is not strong enough for the boiler, so we had to reset a tripped breaker twice. It is ok, but I think the company should inform about it before we get without water, and have to wait until 1 am to the boiler be full and let us to take a shower.
Also, they told us we could store our luggage at the office after checkout, but when I sent the message asking if we could go and where to leave it, I only got the response 2 hours later, so we had already left and found ourselves a last minute way to store our luggage. It is ok because it was a act of kindness from them, but I got very disappointed with the lack of attention as they promised it on the begin of our stay, specially because it was a week day during business hours, so it was not even a weekend special request or anything.

The apartment is in a perfect location and quite big for Paris standards. We also liked the brightness of the place. The host was helpful and easy to get in contact with. The neighbourhood is just perfect for a stay in Paris, there are a lot of nice shops, cafes and restaurants around.
Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to sleep at night because there was a party going on in the apartment above on Friday and on Saturday night. There were all the time people coming and going so there was a lot noise in the staircase as well. Since this is an old building one could almost hear what people were talking and the music was very loud. This is not something we would blame the host for, it's just good to know that if you have problems to sleep at night, this is maybe not the best place to stay at least on the weekends unless you would like to join the party upstairs. The street is also very lively at night, but with the windows closed this was not a problem at all.
