Hanmer Tree House - unique location on forest edge
Cette maison de vacances récemment construite à Hanmer Springs est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre dans les piscines thermales, se rendre dans les boutiques et restaurants, aller à vélo et parcourir les nombreux sentiers ou se lancer dans des activités à la recherche de sensations fortes. La maison d'arbre Hanmer se trouve sur 0,650 ha dans un emplacement unique, entouré d'une réserve forestière. Cette propriété a l'espace pour pique-niquer sous les arbres sur l'herbe ou pour laisser les enfants et les animaux courir librement! (Veuillez noter qu'il n'est pas encore complètement clôturé - nous travaillons actuellement sur ce projet et espérons le terminer dans un avenir pas trop lointain). Vous êtes invités à monter une tente en été. Il est calme et privé mais à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville.
Il y a un superbe bain à remous privé sur le pont, avec vue sur les montagnes. La maison dispose également d'un grenier avec des matelas où les enfants adorent dormir. Bien qu'il puisse accueillir 8 personnes, il convient mieux à un maximum de 5 adultes. Il y a de superbes pistes de marche et de vélo de montagne juste au-dessus de la clôture (nous avons un vélo de montagne pour adultes et des vélos pour enfants que vous êtes libre d'utiliser). Il y a des jeux de société, une tablette de saute-mouton, des rampes de vélo «rustiques», une aire de jeu pour les tout-petits et un hamac.

Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus mais s'il vous plaît garder en dehors de la maison. Il y a un chenil de taille moyenne.

Lovely quiet place in a nice setting. Right on the walking tracks

What a magical place. Set amongst pine trees with the birds singing. The outdoor bath was amazing. Sitting in there looking out at nature was so relaxing. We were able to bring our dog and he loved the adventure. Clear easy to understand instructions on how to get the key. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but you cant help that. Were there for two nights. Will definitely be back.

On the doorstep of the forest, there is everything to love about this property! Huge bath tub out on the deck during a snow fall, beautiful.

We enjoyed our short stay here, it was nice and quiet with the nice walk right beside it

We really enjoyed our stay, it was cosy, well set out, back off the road so quiet and private and had lots of room for our dog to play and our wee girl enjoyed the bike's and built a stick hutt.
We really enjoyed the hot tub and the bird song.
It had everything we needed and more, we really loved staying here and would like to come back.

This property is just brilliant! Wonderfully warm. Very well equipped. I have stayed in a number of houses in Hanmer over the years, and this is by far the best. I will always stay here in the future if it is available. The hot tub is especially good. Thankyou.

Arrived late but easy to find and let myself in. Options for heating so it's very warm. Owners communicated well and the hot tub on the balcony was what made the home a bonus treat to stay and enjoy. Very relaxing to enjoy the quiet in the hot tub and soak in the surroundings. And I could have my little Cachon stay with me too.

It’s a private space with all the amenities you may need. The house is clean, dry and cozy.
There are just a couple of things to improve:
1. The TV in the dining room requires some attention, we couldn’t run it
2. The house rules and self-cleaning service could be a bit more explicit
However, this the best you can get for the price. The host is very helpful and communicative. My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much and I would choose to stay here again without thinking twice.

Awesome little place for a wee get away!
Just one suggestion would be to have some newspaper or fire starters available as we didn’t have any so had to keep the fire constantly running. Also maybe a cover or a net to help get some of the leaves out of the tub.

It was a lovely spot. Hadn't really done our research to understand that towels/sheets etc were at an extra cost, however we had bought our own so all worked out OK.

Such a nice house and nice and private, has smart tvs so you can relax at night time has heaps of cool outdoor toys for little ones super handy having a washing machine and dryer you can use.

Description of property is exactly as stated on Bookabach site. Great communication with Jacinta who was more than accommodating to ensure our stay was all that we had hoped for. Well appointed layout with everything needed in kitchen/laundry etc. Terrific hot tub which we utilised at night albeit quite cold - the night sky made up for that. Excellent heating with both a heat pump and log burner. Good supply of firewood kept dry under the house. Forest walk is accessible at the back of the section which was awesome. I can see how this would appeal to families with small children; heaps of running around space and some playground toys. Beautiful larch and conifers surround the property adding to it's magic :)

What a fabulous property. Close to town, immediate access to lovely walks. Awesome property with everything you'd need to entertain all age groups. Great water pressure and gas hot water! Will definitely book this accommodation again!

The house is walkable to town, yet secluded in trees and right next to a walking track.
Its beautiful and rustic on the inside, but the best part is the outdoor bath on the deck.
You can sit and listen to the birds.

If stayed again would bring own linen. Found washing and towels and bed linen from 2 beds stressful before leaving in am (and wonder how many people honestly do it .??)

We had a great couple nights here. Plenty of room for 5 adults and a baby. The house is tidy and warm with everything you need to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We liked the peace and tranquility and being a little out the way. The Hot tub was popular as was the deck.
We loved the indoor /outdoor flow .The living space was great and all we needed. Bedrooms were good size and a good distance apart with deck access .Great facilities all round .Nice and modern and clean. Thank you so much Jacinta a lovely place to stay.
