Reception staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a good size fridge. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Town centre was within easy walking distance.

Great room, excellent location, this is the third time we have stayed. Really like that there are a few empty cupboards in the kitchen to store your food out of the way.

We stay in hotels quote often and this one was awesome.
Was taken I to the room by the lady with air con nice and cool.
It was very welcoming.
All facilities were great and everything was explained well.
We walked most places due to the close proximity.
We will be back, hopefully very soon.

Very minor being the single beds room could have done with better power point access but I've only mentioned this because I had to try and mention something :)

The room was clean, comfortable and even had a kitchenette tucked efficiently into the space. We were just a short walk from the springs and several restaurants and shops. We would book here again.

Fantastic location for town and the pools. Don’t miss the ‘jumping pillow’ at the campground opposite.
Bed was a little soft for me but that’s personal taste. Very comfy sofa and everything you need in a motel for a few nights.

We had stayed there before a few years ago and knew we liked it. Great that they give you towels for using at hot pools and great to be able to use guest laundry. Very nice management.

From first contact until when we left, everything was superb.

The location was good, only a few minutes drive to the hot springs. The bed was large and comfortable. There was a washing machine available for guests to use and outside washing lines to dry clothes. The room also had a small kitchenette which we used for breakfast, anything more complicated might have been difficult. Fortunately there are several places to eat in Hanmer.
The room was pretty compact with very little space around the bed which made it hard to store our luggage. We stayed two nights so managed to cope with the size of the room anything longer would have been uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed. Sky channels and smart TV. Staff left air conditioning for us when we arrived cos the weather was almost 30 degrees. Definitely will be back!! Thank you so much ❤️
