The room with balcony. & great restaurants near by & a lovely promenade.
The stairs & the front aspect. Rubbish was dumped in the porch.

Great location with excellent staff service, breakfast was served in cute baskets.

The accomodation is close to everything interesting in the location. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony even it was above little bit noisy street. There is a partial view to the coast. The breakfast was like a nice surprise behind door.

The location was great! It was easy to find and close to almost everything we did. The staff cleaned the rooms every day and I loved the breakfast basket each morning. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning too!

Clean, spacious, practical location between beach and harbour.
Rear room (camera di Francesco) has a back facing balcony (no view, noise) partially unusable because the air conditionerv is placed very low and the furniture is too big for the space.
Noisy at breakfast time as plates clinging and coffee machine running just next door.
Bathroom door did not shut.
Noisy pipes from the bathroom and noise from the little fridge.

It was very difficult to find parking nearby, but we went with one of the options provided by the b&b and they provided transportation upon request. There is also a train station nearby.

Breakfast : at entrance is a malfunctioning senseo machine all guests used. No cheese or fresh bread. All self serviced.
We had to wait for 1 hour before we got a code by whatsapp to collect the keys.

A well maintained hotel in central location. Room had a partial sea view that overlooked the street where you could watch life go by from your balcony.
Key to main front door did not always work and took up to thirty attempts to open. Key or look needs to be replaced.
