Récemment rénové à un niveau impeccable cet appartement unique face à la plage est vraiment à couper le souffle. Ce superbe appartement comprend le summum de la vie en plan ouvert. Avec une cuisine openplan élégant, salon et salle à manger avec les meilleures vues de la côte sud. Notre propriété se compose de quatre chambres doubles de luxe toutes avec de superbes salles de bains et une luxueuse salle de bains familiale, toutes équipées de douches doubles, avec une de nos chambres et une salle de bains pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Our family loved the house. SO well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream. And then: THE VIEWS. Even better than the photos. Incredible. But what really sets this stay apart is the warmth of hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts. Can't recommend Bella Vista highly enough!

The location was just wonderful, right on the beach! The owners and check in was so warm and kind we were delighted. Paul was so helpful and the welcome pack was the nicest we have ever had, including a home made Tiramisu which was the best I have ever had. The standard of the property and furnishings is exceptional. There is everything you could possibly need catered for. We came here as a family group for my daughter’s wedding and this house was just a wonderful addition to an all round fabulous stay. Thank you to Paul and family. I would highly recommend you stay here.

Bella Vista is truly wonderful - one of the best holiday properties we've ever visited. The location is stunning, rain or shine. The property has everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen and homemade dessert on arrival. Stewart was great to deal with throughout. We'd love to return!

8 of us went away together for the first time after knowing each other for 40 years. The house was perfect. They made the beds all into twin beds for us. They left a thoughtful welcome pack of goodies too. The location was exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk to The Bluebird Cafe on arrival for lunch, walk out to 2 other breakfast cafes, order an Indian dinner from the town and walk to a lovely Sunday lunch place called Seaview. We would definitely return x

Just returned from our fourth stay at this gem of a rental property where stepping out of the door straight on to the beach is a joy.
Its beautiful living area, comfortable beds and a comprehensively equipped kitchen make it perfect for a relaxing break with friends or family. The hosts are charming and on hand should the need arise and there is parking immediately outside. The property is located on a private estate which extends along the shore for a considerable distance. As a result the beach with its wide expanse of sand at low tide is never crowded.
We have enjoyed staying in winter when it is a cosy refuge after a bracing beach walk, and in summer when the living area's bi-fold doors open up the property to sea air and sunshine and the outside seating comes into its own.

This was, by far, the best place we could have chosen to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The whole family were totally awestruck.
A 10 minute walk to a pub that has a lovely menu. Will definately visit again! Even Storm Antoni didn't dampen our few days of celebrations.

What fun! While we wished we could have stayed longer, we truly enjoyed our 2 day stay. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. A short walk to a lovely little town. And amazing views. But it was the owners that made us feel special and welcomed. We were about 3 hours late due to flights but were still met in person by Paul, who happily showed us around. And left us a lovely amount of food, including a delicious homemade turamasu! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We've just returned from Bella Vista and enjoyed a wonderful break. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with stunning views across the beach. Everything you could wish for is supplied, from a plentiful supply of beach towels and a very well equipped kitchen.
The owners have been nothing but helpful and welcoming, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Bella Vista for the perfect seaside getaway.

This is a phenomenal property. Right on the beach so superb location. Spotless throughout. Everything has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible with lots of little extras too which went above and beyond what you would expect. Thank you to Stewart, Paul and family for our delicious desserts, welcome pack and helping to make our stay so truly special while we celebrated my mum’s birthday.

This beautiful property is situated right on the beach, and Paul (and Stewart) couldn't have been more helpful. It is finished to the highest standards and they have thought of everything you could possibly want. We loved every minute - with family from 20 to 82 staying and enjoying some very relaxed time together for a few days. We can't recommend this more highly to anyone!

We took this trip to get together with friends, the place is lovely and caters for people with disabilities without being clinical. We really enjoyed our time and, although the weather wasn’t favourable, we still managed to get out on the beach which is directly off the property. I can imagine in summer that it would be even more amazing.

Spent Christmas here with the family and it was such a lovely place to for all of us to stay. The property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor and set up also give it a very homely feeling which makes it an ideal home from home place to stay. Lots to do in the area. Really appreciated the extra efforts that our hosts went to welcome us and to make the place nice and Christmassy!

Wow - this place is stunning, the view and location literally takes your breathe away. The house was immaculate and incredibly well appointed. The kitchen was stocked full of crockery and appliances, there wasn't anything we needed.
The whole weekend was just perfect... as was the tiramisu that was left for us on our arrival! yum!

Absolutely marvellous property and the owners could not have been more gracious or helpful. The location is perfect and the amenities are generous. The welcome package was wonderful, including plentiful basics, bread, milk, sugar, butter and much more and even specially prepared desserts for each guest.

Perfect place to stay for Goodwood! James and Emiliana were the perfect hosts. The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment - a real home from home. It is perfectly situated on the beach where we went paddling every day. Highly recommended property.

Bifold doors open directly onto beach. The children loved it and were rock pooling / swimming / kite flying etc etc all day and so were the adults. Excellent hosts can't do enough for you. Didn't want to leave.

A great location for a relaxing weekend. Property was as expected and beach was nice and quiet. The outdoor space is lovely and lets you appreciate the sea views.
