Perfect location—close to the sea and beside the old quarter. Helpful and cheerful staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Our room was dated but this is an old hotel and to be expected. Otherwise it was excellent.

It was perfectly located, very close to the old town but easy for bus and boat connections and the beach. The hotel is stylish and also very calm and quiet. It was the only hotel I stayed at during my 3 week trip - all other accommodation was apartments - so I enjoyed having breakfast provided and having the room serviced!

Monika was very helpful but the other staff weren’t so much.

Conveniently located boutique hotel on the edge of the Historic District in Trapani with easy access to shops, great restaurants and a park. Continental breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Staff were pleasant. The room was spacious with a minibar, large TV, Kingsize comfy bed and room safe. Great coffee shop/restaurant/bar just outside the hotel.

For such a well equipped room we missed not having in-room tea/coffee making facilities, somewhere to hang up our towels and instructions on how to use the air conditioning (if there was any). For some reason there were only three pillows for the two of us. A potentially excellent hotel lacking a little in attention to detail.

Uninteressted reception stuff (they can't even say hello or salve when you great them). Lack of service stuff, the remainings have much more than appropriate work to do.

Clean, spacious room as well as bathroom. Modern design. Breakfast was fine, salty food was also available.

Good deal for Trapani, decent location literally 5-10 minute walk to the main bit, staff are great, pool is sweet honestly would stay here again if I came back to Trapani.

beautiful old building with comfortable rooms, perfect location and helpful staff. The guy on the rooftop terrace bar was really friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd visit to Room of Andrea and probably not my last. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Trapani.

Everything was really nice. The room was well equipped, modern and clean. The staff was welcoming and nice. Especially the rooftop manager Simone was always kind, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was excellent. For breakfast there was a various selection of fresh fruits, Italian pastries and also continental breakfast (bacon and egg). You can enjoy the pool at the rooftop which is very nice. Also for parking there is a large parking spot only a few steps away from the hotel. The parking only costs 0,50 ct/ hour. A very nice and special stay. We will definitely come back!
