Loved the property.
The location was kind of off the beaten path a lil bit but it’s because it’s an a developing area. Was nice and quiet though.

The soap dispenser in the bathrooms too hard to squeeze. Bathroom makeup area needs more light.

The location was good and the property was clean and well maintained
This was my 1st stay at a Tru by Hilton and it was underwhelming at best. Not at all what I've come to expect from a Hilton property. The amenities were bottom of the ladder room size ridiculously small and breakfast was disappointing and nearly nonexistent. Apparently they were only able to cook 1 item at a time in very small batches, most people eventually gave up.
I understand the need for a competitive lower price point in the market but maybe until the brand is better known they should be more forthcoming and and clearly set lower expectations for Hilton customers.

I really appreciated how clean and modern the hotel and my room itself were. I was only staying for the night so I really appreciated how comfy the bed was--I fell asleep almost immediately. The location was super close to the airport I needed to get to later that morning, DFW, and it was less than a ten minute ride away. I was lucky in that i was able to avoid traffic!
It would have been great if there were late-night food spots nearby in walking distance, but otherwise not a big deal! This hotel is also in Dallas, TX so its unlikely that restaurants are in walking distance anyway.

Loved the location, close to restaurants and CVS. Great people working, receptionists were kind and attentive. Rooms were nice, clean and had it had a comfy bed. Great soaps and shampoos in the bathroom too. Excellent and punctual airport shuttle back to airport. Overall a wonderful stay!

My husband complained to bed wasn’t very comfortable. He complained of his back hurting and stiff the next morning. But, he snored all night! Hahaha!

The hotel is brand new and has a fresh look. Express but Good breakfast options - oats and fruit and omelette with sausage. Staff were amazing and location great! close to airport which we needed and an airport shuttle.
It was exactly what we needed. a lovely place to sleep before our flight back.

The clean, modern design of the hotel and rooms are right up my alley. Great setup in the common lobby area for working, relaxing, playing pool and the nicest surprise of all...Lavassa coffee in the lobby!! This is the brand I choose at home for my espresso machine and made for a very pleasant - "at home" feel to my morning.
Perhaps a wider selection of healthy food choices for sale.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a good valve for the money.
We were there on a Sunday morning and there was no airport shuttle and the breakfast buffet was not served until 7. We had to leave for the airport earlier at 6:45. If we had know that we would have tried to find somewhere else to stay.

Seemed cozy. The room was clean and facility seemed clean as well. My problem was with the pool being closed and not being alerted. I was not happy about this
The front desk clerk did not alert us that the pool was closed. We booked the hotel to specifically SWIM. We were not able to do so and requested a refund right away. We were not there for more than 30 min when we found out only by calling downstairs about towels. I felt like the clerk was a bit rude and made it seem like it was my fault I did not call ahead and ask. We didn't get a refund and were told we had to wait to contact management on Monday.

We missed our plane connection and needed a place for the night. It was close to the airport and a fair price. They even provided us with a late checkout since our flight was not until 5 PM.

It was fair. Everything was fresh, though limited to basic and processed foods, it was definitely adequate and can’t complain. The coffee was good and staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated Crystal (front staff) for orienting me to the area and then extending my check out time as well.
I’m not sure anything could have been better, for my budget. All things considered it was more than adequate all the way around. The only thing that could have been better would have been a call back from my estranged sister, which has nothing to do with y’all! Btw-extra credit in a comfy mattress and comforter set!

they advertise a free shuttle service but it doesn’t say anywhere the schedule, how to get on it or that it doesn’t run on weekends

The rooms were clean(beds a bit firm) and the location was close to the airport but the room was strongly perfumed from cleaning solvents and huge self-serve bottles of hand soap and shampoo. Sinuses were inflamed for days after from the strong cleaning odors of the room(every part of the room, not just the bathroom). Only one staff was on hand the Friday night I arrived and she was overwhelmed.
