Almost everything was amazing except that we were on the third floor and someone with a you g child was running back and forth above us and waking us up. Last time I looked at the clock was 3:45 a.m. when the child was running around. My husband barely slept. The storm around 4 am fortunately seemed to put an end to his energy.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms/1night. I arrived at 3pm to check in and was not greeted in a friendly manner. The 2 people up front did not acknowledge my presense until one was done with whatever they were doing (not on the phone by the way). He finally asked for my last name and was told they only had the reservation for 1 room. I showed them my confirmation which states 2 units and nothing was said other than their system only shows 1 unit. I was appalled that I felt I would be the one to have to try to correct their error for them. I suggested to him, well can you go ahead and add the other room being that I have confirmation for 2 rooms. We were told they had to get the 2nd room ready so we had to wait for 45 minutes before finally getting to our rooms. The rooms are not great. There is no coffee pot, microwave, dressers, or closets for that matter. The fridge was off so we had to wait awhile before it could cool our drinks. The ice maker is in the lobby so we would have to go back and forth from our room to the lobby. One of the rooms remote control had no batteries. I sent my son to ask for batteries and he was told, they didn't have any. I went later and the same guy who said they didn't have any went to their supply room and got them for me. We paid with a different card than what we had reserved the room with and we asked if the pending charge would fall off being that we paid with a different card. The manager assured us it would but it did not.

This is close to the airport and clean. Free breakfast was fine, liked the pancake machine. They gave us water bottles at checkin, which are nice for the fridge in the room.
My biggest complaint is there were a group of guys sitting outside in the hotel plaza area playing music and laughing really loudly past midnight on a weekday. They were directly under the rooms and it was hard to sleep.

This is the 5th time I’ve stayed here. Every time has been excellent. The staff is friendly. The shuttle service makes no need for a car rental.

Good hotel for working around the area or staying close to the airport. The whole area has going on renovations and is brand new wih lots of choices for food and drink.

Wow… I was excited to stay here because the reviews seemed okay and there was free breakfast. Two of the front desk people were very nice but the two older ones were very much not. There were several issues - firstly, I had reserved a room a month in advance and when we got there we were put into two rooms instead of the one I reserved because they were overbooked? One of the rooms smelled strongly of some kind of chemical or maybe mold. Then, our keys periodically were not working. They moved us into the original room I reserved, but I asked if we could keep one of the rooms so we didn’t have to keep moving our stuff around. The guy at the front said yes, since nobody was using it that night, at no extra charge. Strange, because the previous people were saying it was fully booked that day as well. Anyway, when we get back that night they tell us they will be charging us for the other room even though the man at front said we could use it for free. So much hassle, lies, and rudeness. Also, the new room smelled very strange as well. The facilities and breakfast were alright and the beds were very comfy but that’s about it. May be worth a stay but just watch out for the management and your room may be stinky.
