First time in Dallas and picked a Marriott property. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel and room was poor. The entry door you needed your card key but the door was open and wouldn’t lock. We felt very uneasy. The bathroom door didn’t close completely. I asked front desk if there was an easy way to get to our room was told no and had to walk around the building only to see easier access in other areas. Overall just a bad experience and won’t stay again

My wife and I stayed just one night before flying out of DFW. The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The environment was a little noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the a/c was great especially with the hot weather and the staff was super friendly. The hotel's location was centralized to everything we were wanting to do, Grapevine Mills Mall, Medieval Times and the Texas Ranger Stadium.We will definitely be staying here again!!

The breakfast was wonderful.
The front desk person in the evening (Alise) was rude and communication was awful.
The shuttle that was supposed to pick us up never arrived!
At one point in the back and forth conversations I was told by the driver (Josh) that he couldn't help us and his shift was now over!
After we waited almost an hour we finally took a taxi to the hotel.
The taxi driver came in to verify that myself my brother and my 86 yr old mother had been waiting at the pickup spot for a long time.
The taxi driver was then given an irritated and dismissive thank-you by Alise.
There's a lot more to the story but I don't want to relive the abuse!

We arrived at 3:15 to check in and were informed (by the shuttle driver) that no one was there to check us in until 4:45 pm. We left and returned. In our room, the TV was broken, so I called the front desk who said no one was there to fix it, so we had to move rooms. In the new room, the tv worked, but the bed was uneven… my feet were a foot higher than my head. And the toilet was uneven, one hip was four inches lower than the right. Not to mention the airplanes taking off and landing every few minutes even into the night. Will never stay here or another Residence Inn again. Terrible.

Impressed with the room layout in our queen bed room; level of comfort, compact organization, and attention to details. Desk chair and long narrow desk near the window; great bed lighting on both sides–one main and pinpoint for reading. Two sinks in separate area from toilet/bath/shower. Hightop table for two –easy spot for coffee/food. Comfortable seating area. TV to turn for seating or bedside.
In addition, the included buffet breakfast was copious with good choices for everyone: sweet, savory, meat, eggs, yogurt–and good coffee.
Good choice for our 2-night stay!

I left trash outside my door for pick up at 6:00 am one morning and it was picked up the 3rd day after I had 2 bags sitting in the hallway.
Marginal people are hanging out around this hotel with the staff at times.
Have no idea how this place got the ratings.

The amazing, friendly front staff is what really impressed us here. She was so friendly and helpful. It made it feel more homey and comfortable. I loved the breakfast. I was so impressed with how well the suite worked for our family.

Roomy rooms with extra room with a TV...Great benefits!!! They always put on us on the sunny side of the morning. We always have to make sure the sun doesn't wake us up before time! Need more Bedroom Lights and one light in room #117 doesn't work. Didn't have up to date phone & laptop plugs. Everything else was great!
