This rental was just so lovely. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. Chad was a great host! He even had breakfast food in the refrigerator for me. I plan on staying again if I need a rental when I am in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Both host and property exceeded expectations! Stayed for 6 days and it wasn’t long enough. Chad gave us very detailed instructions so everything went smoothly for arrival and he put some staples in the fridge for us. The property had a great view of the river and you can watch the wildlife and boats go by. Would definitely go back.

Comfortable, modern and quiet condo close to our diving activities. The grocery and dive store were short drives. The condo was nicely decorated and set up so I could conveniently work when needed and we could cook when we wanted to do so. Our host quickly responded to any questions I had. We plan on returning in the future.

The Palms and Chad, the host, went above and beyond our expectations! The property was beautifully & uniquely decorated with a great view on the water. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Anything you could possibly need was provided. And Chad, the host, was amazing! He was the best host we’ve ever experienced. He provided some food & drink for us to get us started on our week at The Palms, checked in with us periodically in case we needed anything, very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend The Palms if you’re in the area. We will certainly be back!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Palms. This condo is clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, as you see in the pictures. Communication with Chad was great, from the list of restaurants/things to do, directions prior to our arrival and checking with us to see how our stay was going. There was even breakfast items for us, which I thought was a nice touch. The location was great, as it was not far from Roger Dean Stadium, Juno Beach and fantastic restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay always starting and ending our day on the lanai, watching the boats go by...so peaceful. Can't wait to go back.

Gorgeous apartment. Immaculate and very updated. Beautiful swimming pool. Amazing view of the boats going by from the lanai. Comfortable bed, amazing shower. Helpful host. All our favorite restaurants and beaches nearby. Even a hose in the parking lot to wash the car.Looking forward to a return visit next winter.

Chad is an amazing host, very helpful, responsive and welcoming. Really appreciated him stocking the fridge with essentials before we arrived. His apartment is very well decorated and furnished, and perfect for 2 guests to enjoy. Located on a scenic canal. It was very relaxing to sit on the lanai each morning or evening to drink our coffee or have a glass of wine. TEN THUMBS UP for The Palms. We really certainly recommended it to family and friends. We enjoyed our stay at this condo VERY MUCH!! The location was perfect as it was close to our family in North Palm Beach and was a beautiful setting to wake up to every morning looking out on the water and seeing the boats and wildlife. The condo is super clean and Chad is amazing to work with… he goes above and beyond! We had trouble figuring out how to connect to Live TV (we’re not tech saavy) and he offered to come straight over and show us personally, even though he was out shopping for Thanksgiving dinner! He called immediately after we text him with our question regarding the tv remotes which was so sweet because my husband was not feeling well and needed to just rest and watch television for a bit. We would DEFINITELY stay again! Thanks for a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving Week!

We were in town to visit family for the week. The location was ideal for getting around to Singer Island, Palm Beach Gardens and Juno Beach. Chad was the ideal host. The apartment was clean and comfortable - we were sad we didn’t get much time to just sit around and enjoy it.

We loved our stay. The property was clean and beautifully decorated to give us the Palm Beach vibes. The air conditioner worked great, the bed was comfortable, it is a quiet property and we did not hear any of the neighbors. Chad provided items for breakfast and the kitchen is stocked if you want to cook. He also provides beach towels if you want to go to beach. It is a great location and close to so very much. The neighborhood is safe. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again.

Communication with owner was clear and prompt. Would stay here again. The windows to the canal give lots of natural light which was wonderful especially in the mornings. The condo complex is dated but once inside this unit it is completely updated and wonderfully appointed and clean. The area felt safe and the complex was very quiet the entire week. The owner allowed a late check out due to our plans which was most appreciated before a long flight and drive home.

Property was as pictured and very conveniently located. I was able to wake up for a sunrise and be at a beach in 6 minutes. I chose Chads place for the interior decor and sunroom overlooking the canal and it did not disappoint. Chad was able to help us out with a special request which was appreciated. Also, Chad provided a few breakfast/lunch and coffee items to get us started which I’m pretty sure we ended up finishing. It was helpful not to have to run out to grocery store right away.

What a special gem!
Words can’t describe how positive our experience was with Chad and “The Palms.” To begin, the check in process was effortless. He was very communicative about everything and even sent pictures to help us in the process. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were shocked at how beautiful the property was. It overlooks a waterway that is so nice to wake up to and see the different boats traveling down. The property was very modern and quiet. We didn’t run into anybody during our week long stay and the pool was magnificent as well. The laundry is in a room literally right outside the front door and couldn’t be more convienent for the guests. Moreover, Chad actually bought complimentary breakfast items for us such as bagels, cream cheese, eggs, turkey, coffee ect which really shows how hospitable he is. The location of the property is great and there are so many restaurants in the area as well as things to do. There is a bunch that I can say about how pleasant our stay here was but you’ll just have to book it to find out. No doubt a 10/10 would stay here again!

Amazing
Me and my wife’s stay here could not have been any better and Chad was awesome from the start and very helpful. His condo was perfect with a beautiful view out the back and a lot of character. The place was very clean as well and Chad even left some small item foods for us when we first arrived. The place also had plenty of amenities and if you needed something Chad had it there for you. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip and the area was beautiful. Needless to say we did not want to leave and will definitely be back. Thanks Chad for an amazing stay.

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Chad's condo. It was clean and very modernly decorated. Loved the lanai overlooking the river.
The bed was nice and comfortable. We got to meet Chad and he was kind enough to have a few groceries already bought for us to get started. Best communication of a host I've every encountered. Will definitely stay again if in the Palm Beach area.

Birthday getaway
My husband and I spent a week at the condo to celebrate his birthday. The host “Chad” was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The second you walk through the door you will notice the amazing attention to detail put into the property and you will feel right at home. We spent a ton of time on the lanai watching the boats, it was very peaceful. At night the complex was very quite, the bed was comfortable with soft linens and good pillows. Everything was kept immaculately clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to many fun attractions and having use of the pool at the complex was an added bonus. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our time spent at the condo was and hope to return soon.

Great place to stay for North Palm
I decided to rent this property for 12 days to visit friends in the area. I was sold by the pictures of the apartment.
-- First, the unit matched the pictures 100%.
-- The property was ready when promised. The owner (Chad) and I chatted a few times. He made the move-in process seamless.
-- He provided some welcoming food for me. Which was a pleasant touch.
-- The unit is properly stocked with everything you need. The lanai is great. Quiet overlooking the waterway. Great both during the day and at night. I ate breakfast there most times.
-- The unit is perfect for a couple that needs a "base" and wants to enjoy the area. Or getaway from home to work and enjoy FL weather.
-- Chad could not have been more accommodating answering questions. Always quick to answer a call or text message. A great host!!!
It's in the middle of many places (restaurants, beach, stores, etc.). But VERY quiet in the uniit.

Amazing
What can I say other than Chad, the host, is the best host I have ever dealt with bar none! The property was perfect, quiet, beautiful and clean. Chad was so kind and knew we were arriving late on a Sunday from driving all day/night and he had some essentials for us! Coffee, bagels, butter, cream cheese, turkey, cheddar, cream for coffee; it was so sweet to have that so I didn't have to run to the grocery store that night. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately! Also, he was so kind to get me a desk so I can work comfortably and it was the perfect size and folded up so it wasn't in the way. Now lets talk about the bed and the shower. I could live in that shower it was so awesome! The bed was incredibly comfortable! And because the sun doesn't hit the bedroom windows, I could sleep and sleep in a dark room so peacefully! Note for other travelers. The washer & dryer is not in the unit but literally directly out the door! It was rarely taken, so we had zero issues getting our laundry done! Again, thank you so much Chad and tell your son he is a sweetheart of a kid! We will see you again!

First time was a charm
This was the first time my wife and I used VRBO. We always stay at hotels. We had an amazing experience. Chad our host was excellent from booking through checkout. The unit was immaculate with everything we needed and more for our stay. Chad even provide some breakfast food and drinks. He checked on us during our stay several times. The only con was that we had to leave. Perfect location for the West Palm Beach area.

Beautiful condo, great location, great host
This condo is perfect for two people, and the updated appliances and beautiful kitchen are perfect if you plan to cook some of your own meals. The shower has great pressure and the bed is very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, especially sitting out in the sunroom watching the boats come in and go got of the channel. Chad is a wonderful host… very customer focused. I highly recommend this place to stay. Thanks Chad!!!
