Loved this property! It was conveniently located to a lot of wonderful things. I was on a work trip, but got to enjoy the beach, pool, and several great restaurants. Chris even put some things in the fridge for my arrival. So thoughtful! Even though there were a few extra pieces of paperwork to finalize my stay, I felt safe staying here alone and it was really quiet. Highly recommend!

Property manager was slow to respond on occasion but did finally text check-in instructions the morning of our arrival while we were at the airport. Text left asking about check-out instructions went unanswered; however, he did text during our stay to make sure everything satisfactory. Property was very nice and located in a quiet location.

We had wonderful time at The River House! Chad was the perfect host and thought of everything to make a great stay.....food and drink items, amenities, great communication, and a beautiful view to top it off. Such a tranquil setting. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and watching the boats go by. Perfect location as well.... restaurants, grocery stores, everything close by. Highly recommend!!

Hi, Chad is a premier host and this property is a great location with a river view! We are golfers, and this is close to North Palm Beach Country Club, Abacoa, Atlantis and other golf courses in the area. It's also close to Juno and Palm Beach Shores beaches. Thanks for the stay!

My husband had some medical test and a retirement party to attend to. This VRBO is exactly in the perfect location for FLL to Palm Cover and further north. The place has all you need and is super clean
The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. In the evening we spent time just watching the quiet river with the occasional boat dealing by. Very relaxing

Condo was beautiful and well equipped! Enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai...beautiful view! Very convenient to Riviera Beach and many restaurants all within a few miles. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! There is also a lovely pool and seating area. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo and its location. I misread the fact there isn't an elevator on the property. Pretty difficult for a couple 70+ years old to have to use stairs to move items into the condo.

Check in was easy, Chad set us up with eggs bagels cream cheese and a few other items. The bed was comfortable and the living area was spacious. Nearby to Riviera Beach and Juno Beach. An excellent place to stay

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute! Chad was the best host! Upon arrival there was breakfast items , coffee , cream and sandwich items in the fridge so you didn’t have run to the grocery store immediately. We have already scheduled another vacation next year !!!

Nice, Clean apartment with view overlooking the river. Perfect for an anniversary get away for 2. Close to shops and restaurants. Chad was great when no extra bath paper had been left. The pool area was private even for whole facility.

Just returned from an amazing stay in North Palm. In town with my 13 yo for baseball and selected this incredible unit for its location and views - it didn't disappoint. The unit was clean and fresh and recently updated. It was well set up having everything we needed with even a few welcome items that made our settling in very easy!
The owner Chad was an amazing host and helped make our stay great with perfect communication and direction.
Everything in the unit worked well, the bed and furniture were comfortable and the AC was a game changer.
Can't say enough good things about this place and our experience with the owner. We will be back for sure!

To say this was a great place is an understatement. We lived in the area for almost 20 years and came back for a visit. Chad made us forget about the “Where” were staying so we could enjoy the “Why”. Had a great trip and the quality of the property was a bonus. Thanks Chad!

This property exceeded expectations! The unit looks even better than photos show, and was immaculately clean and maintained, and the condo building is also well-maintained. Location can't be beat: close to several amazing beaches as well as great restaurants and a Trader Joe's. Chad was the best host: immediate communication, check-in instructions, and truly cared that we enjoyed our stay. When he learned that arrival flight was delayed, he went to the grocery store to purchase breakfast food so we wouldn't have to shop at night. It was a beautiful week and we hope to return in 2024!

Chad is amazing and so is this wonderful little place. The view of the inlet surpassed our expectations! The apartment was sparkling clean and there was even food in the fridge. It had a king sized bed which is hard to find in VRBO rental. It was beautifully decorated too. Thanks Chad!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the “River House”, the location was great for us as we like to play golf & wanted to watch the Honda Classic close by. The condo was great, exactly as pictured , quiet & very clean. The lanai was a lovely place to sit & relax whilst watching the wildlife & the boats go by. Chad was great to communicate with & kindly left us some provisions which we greatly appreciated after our long day travelling from the UK. We would definitely recommend Chads condo & hope to return soon.

I messaged thru VRBO a couple questions days prior to arrival - no response. Messaged the day of checkin, for access when we would arrive after 4 - no response. I called twice & texted once on the day of arrival - no response. We were wondering where we would stay for the night, if we could return the car rental and change our flight without a fee. We looked on VRBO under the help section also since we did not hear any response and it was after 4 pm. Approx 4:20 we received a text and then a phone call that the condo would be unlocked & info as to where to park. We were so relieved. There is no hand towels, Saran Wrap, foil, ziploc bags, shampoo, wine opener provided and only 1 dish towel and 1 pot holder mitt. There is no checkout information posted. Maybe there was a lack of communication since we were only renting the condo for 2weeks.

Rested & Restored
What a perfect location for a couple who would like to celebrate each other. We stayed for one week for our 25th wedding anniversary. The view from the lenai was beautiful, peaceful and refreshing. The condo was clean and felt like home (at least for the week!). Great pool, too! Highly recommended. The owner, Chad was available, helpful and hospitable! We walked to a few restaurants in the area and also enjoyed the drives to Delray, Lake Worth, and Jupiter. We did a shark snorkeling excersion in Jupiter that was awesome, ate at Benny's on the Beach in Lake Worth (twice--go for breakfast!) and walked around the great shops in Delray. The scenic drive up and down A1A was fabulous! We wanted to stay longer! We'll be back for our 30th if not before!

Private Waterway View!
Chad was an excellent host, made sure we were good to go! This condo was so private with a great waterway view tucked back and private, which i enjoyed my coffee each morning on the enclosed porch. The location was perfect for golf, beach and restaurants all within a mile. North Palm Country Club right around corner, it's open to public for golf, swimming and restaurants...thanks for the stay chad, we'll be back!

Host goes above and beyond! Everything is just exactly as you see in the photos...absolutely beautiful!! Enjoyed a couple of Cardinal Spring Training games, as well as several days at the beach. Thanks again, Chad! We had a great stay and hope to be back!!

A concerned and caring host
The property is suitable for two. Immediate impression is that the host is available and hands-on to address any issues and make sure guests have everything they need. This is in contrast to checking in to a lockbox unit. We loved the canal view...watching crew and boats go by was a highlight of our stay. No complaints...everything was perfect.

Wonderful week!
This is a beautiful and well appointed condo. The owner really made the place feel like home it was very comfortable. We especially liked having coffee and wine on the lanai that gave us a wonderful river view. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals. Also the location is great to visit nearby Juno beach,Jupiter, many nice parks such as Dubois and mcarthur. Chad was attentive and helpful.

Amazing place
Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely quick to respond with any questions, before, during, and after my stay. His beautifully renovated condo overlooks the intercoastal where you can watch the boats pass by. I was fortunate enough to meet and spend some time with Chad and his son Cole. What amazing people! Chad was incredibly gracious and I hope to make it back to this area again. When I do I will be sure to meet up with Chad. Thanks for an incredible week!
