A comfortable, well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern upscale building (really, Starbucks coffee makers on every floor and in the lobby?! Wow!), facing the park and within 7min walk to Union Station. Very clean, very quiet, everything is new: well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Excellent 24 hour gym on the 2nd floor, with a full assortment of kettlebells up to a 70 pounder :) TVs with Netflix, Prime etc. Loved the LP player with a few good albums. In short: excellent property, can't recommend it enough.

I contacted the Kasa Management team, they sent a service technician to address the issue, and even after the service the Toilet kept clogged during the remainder of they stay. The Kasa Management Team didn't solve the issue and it made an unpleasant stay.

Location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

That they would charge you for parking for your entire stay when you only needed a couple of days. Directions of how to find building amenities on their email site would be helpful. Only received two towels and had to buy our own TP.

Location was great. Apartment was very nice with comfortable beds. Coffee machines were amazing. Quiet area with a nice park across the street. A skate park is located just right up the street if you're interested in that. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

Had a sink issue when we arrived. Apartment smelled awful but got that resolved fairly quickly. Maintenance had to come back a second time to fix the dishwasher. Entrance is not well marked if you are not familiar with the building. Security staff was unhelpful when we had a problem with our elevator key.

Comfortable rooms with all the comforts of home. Convenient, secure parking and a great location close to Union Station.

Very streamlined check-in and out! The unit had everything we needed and some lovely little extras(cookies and laundry soap for the washing machine). Also Whole foods is just five mins walk away.

Price felt a bit high. And the codes to get in got a little complicated after hours.

Location and quiet and conveniently close to downtown area.

No black out window shades. Too bright from outside lighting and I recommend they add blackout curtains that guests can open and close. If you are use to a darker room for sleeping it is a problem

all the instructions on how to get in and deal with the garage were cumbersome. also need more lighting in the dining area; sofa not so comfortable.

great location . apartment was new and very nice with a view of the park. team responded immediately when we had a problem with the door entry and addressed the issue.

no extra blankets and it was cold, mint shampoo and conditioner were not nice and no body lotion provided

Arrived early AM dure to flight delays. Directions put us at residents only door. Codes did not work for Kasa main door access and room access. after getting codes they failed for main door on 2nd day. other kasa travelers had the same access problem. no info on where to park until day staff returned. should have been in access instructions.
