Elevator was broken while staying. There are no stairs to take from the hotel lobby to the floors with rooms. Very inconvenient.

Dopo aver prenotato e pagato la stanza con ampio anticipo (un paio di settimane circa)arrivo in hotel e dopo un quarto d’ora di attesa in coda ad altri mi sento dire che non ci sono camere libere ! Mi viene poi chiesto se sono membro Marriot Bonvoy , rispondo di sì ma la receptionist dopo qualche farfugliamento che non ho capito mi dice che devo andare nell’albergo sull’altro lato della strada, un Hyatt ma che devo aspettare e mi viene consigliato di andare al bar a prendere un drink; io che venivo da un viaggio in totale di quasi 20 ore ho declinato l’invito e ho chiesto di sbrigarsi a darmi una camera per la quale, ripeto, avevo già pagato! Comunque dal cambio penso di averci guadagnato ma non è un problema quello; il fatto è che è vergognoso che dei professionisti non sappiano delle semplici regole di comportamento etico: ben sapendo che io sarei andato lì nessuno si è premurato di organizzare la soluzione e farmela trovare pronta già al mio arrivo

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. the shower had hair all over it and in general the room was dirty, the breakfast was lackluster, the room I booked on booking.com was not reflected in where I was placed. I booked a queen suite with a city view and was placed in a room that overlooked a dirty courtyard with buildings surrounding us. couldn’t see any sky.

Location, free breakfast buffet. Clean and comfy beds.

It’s kinda pricey.

Friendly helpful staff. My floor was very quiet.
