Walking distance to STK steakhouse and 15-20 minutes walk away to the ball arena.

The surrounding area. There’s so many homeless people the moment you walk out of the door of the building. I feel bad seeing them cause I don’t know what to do, I want to help at the same time I asked myself if it’s safe to help.

The staff on checking in were polite , helpful and enthusiastic, we asked for recommendations for dinner and they were only to happy to help

The staff was nice.

The website indicates that parking is available and reservations are not necessary. I called the day before our arrival to be sure that there would be parking and a woman told me to call back the morning of our arrival to reserve a space in the front lot. I did as she suggested, but a man told me the hotel does not take parking reservations. When we arrived, there was no parking in the front lot. We did park across the street, but had difficulty getting our car the next day because the building to the elevators for the lot was closed until 11 a.m. on Sunday. The point that really bothered me was the false advertising. THIS HOTEL OFFERS ONLY VERY LIMITED ONSITE PARKING. I will not recommend or ever go back to this hotel.

Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee and cake in the morning and one day we had tasty empanadas for breakfast. Room was very clean and great size.

I struggle to see when a room is just lit with lamps and I would always prefer a bath to a shower. The shower took a long time for the water to get warm.

Faculty were extremely kind and accommodating. great location and it was extremely clean.

A great stay in central Denver. The hotel was close to everything and suited our needs perfectly. All of the staff were brilliant and we were so appreciative of the extra special touches they put in to make our stay memorable. Overall a very good hotel!

Well equipped gym which we used a few times but it would benefit from having a water fountain.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were nice, the hotel staff was great. I loved the market for snacks and beverages and the lobby seating area was awesome.

Parking was a bit expensive. $44 a night!
