Loved the house location , was perfect size for our family and right at the beach.

It was a great location for our beach house get away after a few days staying onsite at Disney resorts. Quiet and the beach was very quiet.

The house was perfect for our family! Right on the beach which made the grandkids ecstatic. Close to great restaurants and shops. We loved it!!!

The house is just as described and the photos are accurate. My small family enjoyed the private walkway to the beach….its literally steps away. The garage was overflowing with beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards and a large umbrella. First house that I have stayed in that had a fully stocked linen closet so it was nice to have the option to grab a blanket to curl up on the couch in the evenings or use an extra towel or two. Kitchen had a great assortment of dishes, utensils and spices. We had pizza delivered one night and Publix was less than 3 miles away. We saw a rocket take off once while visiting Kennedy Space Center and a second one from the beach of this home. Talk about making memories. I highly recommend this home for a nice chill family vacation.

Cute 50’s era house right on the beach and very quiet. Our only issue was handicap accessibility wasn’t as easy as anticipated. This wouldn’t deter us from coming back with my Aunt but we would be better prepared.

This property is great! The host had great communication, the house had an awesome location, with plenty of amenities. Our stay with four adults and one toddler was comfortable for everyone. Beach toys/supplies were available to help everyone enjoy their time on the sand and in the water.

Our family stayed at this house to relax after visiting Disney World and it was exactly what we wanted. The house is directly on the water with incredible sunrises and ocean views. It comes equipped with everything you need and is close to restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful and we basically had the entire beach to ourselves. We contacted the owner a couple times and she was very responsive. We even got to see a rocket launch from the yard which was very cool. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Was able to see a NASA launch, made my husband's trip. Very short walk to beach!

Very nice place right on the beach. Many amenities for play in the garage like surf board and boogie board. This house was perfect for a family of four.

The best part of the property is the beach! The house is older, but nicely updated. Has everything we needed. Lock box for the key can be a little tricky! Great outdoor shower to use after spending time on the beach and in the water. I have one suggestion! Put a large bucket of water by the sliding door to rinse feet off before you go in. Leave a towel inside to dry your feet. We do this at my sister's cottage.

The location was excellent, private, and safe. The house was very clean & charming. We also love the fact that the owner provides beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc…so you don’t need to pack any of that. The covered parking area was nice also. It is very close to ALOT of restaurants and shops. Can’t say enough good things about this amazing beachfront property.

This is an older beach home but it is comfortable and close to the ocean. It is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Lots of towels too. The bedrooms are comfortable with two Queen beds and a room with bunk beds. All in all a great place for a beach vacation.

The house was clean and the location cannot be better. The parking space spacious and very comfortable. The backyard is your beach. Not many people at the beach, it’s like a private beach. Breakfast and Dinners were great at the terrace with million dollar view! We will be back!!!!

We had a fantastic stay! House is located right on the beach, just a very short walk to the water. Back deck is wonderful for enjoying the breeze and the beach view. Beds were comfortable and lots of beach gear was available for use, which was so convenient. Anebel was very helpful and responsive! We’ll be back!

House was perfect for us. 3 adults and 2 kids. So many beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs to use! The beach was uncrowded and steps away from the house. We enjoyed the deck every morning and watched multiple sunrises.

We really enjoyed this beach front home! It is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It also has plenty of beach supplies, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels. We really enjoyed eating outdoors and watching and listening to the ocean. The beach is lovely and quiet. The hammock was really nice as well. The sunrise is incredible so try to catch one! Anebel is wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and goes out of her way to help make your stay a great one! Thank you Anebel!

My family had such a great time here! We can't wait to come back again! The kids were excited that they were boogie boards and sent toys as well. Tons of waves that my kids really enjoyed. Nice quiet beach too :)

Nice 3 bedroom house with beds for my family of 5. Great location right in the beach. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards. Great yard with hammock, patio, grill, and outdoor shower. We had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay. We even watched a SpaceX rocket launch from the backyard! This property does a great job with sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. It’s steps from the beach and close to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, Ron Jon, Port Canaveral, and much more. We plan to return!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The property was clean, kitchen was well stocked, Anebel was very helpful, and the location was amazing. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. So close the beach. Everything we needed. Watched a SpaceX launch just steps away from the house on the beach. So cool.

We enjoyed spending time on the beach; looking out and seeing the ocean, from the back door; Seeing stars at night; Catching the sunrise. Going around town was easy enough, everything is near by. I was able to wash a load of our laundry, which saves me some laundry, for when I get home. We were about 1h from SeaWorld. We would like to stay again, in the future. It's much better than staying in a hotel or condo.

This was our first time staying in Cocoa Beach and Anebel's house is a perfect location. It's just far enough away from downtown Cocoa Beach but close enough to walk, run or drive. The outside shower was so convenient and made showering after the beach easy. The view from the deck is breath-taking and we enjoyed picture perfect sunrises every morning. The backyard has natural vegetation on the sides that adds to privacy. The kids enjoyed lounging in the hammock after the beach. The beach was never crowded, it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. We were lucky to see a rocket launch the week we stayed. We barely walked off the property onto the beach to watch the launch. Perfect end to our stay. The house had plenty of towels, pillows and bedding. The garage had many chairs, boards and sand toys. Couldn't ask for a more stocked house! Thank you Anebel! We really loved your house!

We can’t say enough good things about this property and it’s manager, Anabel! Our family vacationed here for almost a week and we absolutely loved every bit of it. The house was clean, tidy, and everything was fully functional. They had everything you could think of for a family with kids. But the breathtaking views of the ocean (and stars at night) were the main attractions, and they did not disappoint—on a clear day, any pictures really don’t do the place justice. It is a must-see, indeed. The beach was also clean, refreshing, and relatively clear (we’re from Miami, so we’re quite spoiled in that regard). There was plenty of wildlife around to enjoy or large waves to wipe out on (we’re from Miami, so anything over one foot is big)!
