The property is nice, with very good view from the 2nd and 3rd floor, great swimming pool and garden. It is also in quite isolate area in a forest, although Botanical garden can be reached by foot (30min)

All was great. Just note that you are NOT in the city, you are in a forest, not far from the city. For me, having a vehicle there, this was a plus. For some who does not have a vehicle might be negative.

On the first place we loved the hospitality of the host. The place is very clean, well equipped and situated in a quiet area where we enjoyed full privacy.

The villa has a beautiful garden and a very large pool, everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Kamen is a friendly and helpful host. We surely will come back!

The villa is in a beautiful Mediterranean-like garden, in a quiet area, with a stunning view and super pool. Spacious rooms, well-equipped, plenty of space for 10 people - you find everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. Kamen & his family super hosts! :) We will definitely come back!

The villa is wonderful, it looks even better in real life than in the photos. Kamen is a very nice host and does his best to make you feel like home. A nice gesture was that we found some snacks and a bottle of wine when we arrived and we were able to check out as late as we wanted. The place is really quiet and peaceful, the view is very nice (green hills and a bit of the sea further away). We didn't hear or meet anybody else (neighbours, etc) while we were there, and considering you have all the amenities (for cooking, for laundry, etc) it truly does feel like home. The house is great for large families or groups of friends, it has plenty of space (two kitchens, two living rooms, several balconies and terraces, and the garden is pretty big, 3 cars easily fit inside the yard. The swimming pool was great, the water was very clean and pretty warm for the beginning of June. The entire garden, including the pool is lit at night, so it's wonderful to spend time outside in the evening. Also, we had a nice surprise to see that there were fireflies in the garden in the evening. You do need a car to get to the beach or restaurants, but I think it's really worth it to choose this location and have all the peace and privacy, since you can reach the touristic spots in Balchik in just a few minutes by car. Also Albena beach is just 15 minutes away.

There was nothing we didn't like, we will most probably come back some time soon! Just a little thing to keep in mind, there were many mosquitos in the evening - but that is to be expected , with the pool, all the vegetation and the rainy days that preceded our holiday. Just take some bug repellent spray with you, and there is no problem left ;)
