No curtain in the living room. The twin bed was very bad, made a backache after slept there. Bathroom should have roll tissue paper & no rack or place to put shampoo & soap in the shower

no Wi-Fi, TV no connection to any cable. no tissue.. air conditioner remote hard to adjust temperature to make us freeze in the night..very cheap and low quality furnitures, private apartment for rent with very bad connection in lobby reception.. my kids requested never booking any apartment hotel any more..

the pool was clean, the lobby and corridors were good.
I found the receptionists who handled our room change incompetent. When you say "Yes, we can do that, Sir" I expect that you follow through. Start with teaching staff to communicate properly, before you try to offer any other amenities. Utterly disappointed.
