Cette maison privée, spacieuse et décorée avec professionnalisme de 6 chambres / 5 salles de bains a été soigneusement rénovée en 2017. Laissez-vous séduire par la beauté naturelle des îles et par les caractéristiques apparemment infinies de cette maison, telles que le bois flotté inspiré de la mer et les intérieurs côtiers, avec de nouveaux meubles, des douches en pierre, une cheminée à gaz tabby sur mesure, des armoires en panneaux de perles, des accents de panneaux de plantation, des plafonds voûtés et des enfants , escalier en colimaçon, suite au rez-de-chaussée totalement privée - et plus. The house and bedroom layouts were EXACTLY what we look for. Open floor plan with the majority of beds on one floor is great when you have little kids and need to keep an eye out on me. We stay in a lot of houses and it’s nice that every room has a ceiling fan and smart tv set up…that’s rare. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The heated pool is a great asset as the beach was cool. House is roomy, offering a great vista to the ocean!

This home was just beautiful! The furnishings and hte homes cleanliness was one of our best. We take our grown kids and grandchildren on a beach vacation every year. This was the first year we traveled to HH. (Our last 8 stays were in the Outer Banks).
The positives of the home were the location. The beds were all so comfortable. The home was spotless! The A/C was great. Our typical beach homes struggle keeping the home cool. We experienced a very HOT week and the home was super and the A/C never struggled. We had two minor issues that were handled within 30 minutes. I have never seen a company so responsive to our concerns. The pool was refreshing. It was a bit small, but good for our group of 12. The kids loved all of the beach toys and inflatables that we found in the garage. We added a few to the inventory!
The negatives are small. The layout may be perfect for many groups. It was just hard for us to have the small children up stairs in the bunk loft and the adults play games below in the kitchen table area. They could not sleep because of the noise. If you have older children, the lower level private room would be good. The pool could use some more umbrellas. This is probably a maintenance problem, but it is so sunny back there that we needed more shade. Lastly, the kitchen had everything but a boil pot. We have a tradition to have a low country boil every year. We worked around it and ordered it delivered instead! Thank you!

Perfect place for our family of 10 with things to do for all 3 generations along with great sleeping arrangements. Can’t beat the view of the dunes and waves looking over the edge less pool. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Kitchen well equipped for cooking Thanksgiving meal.
Only suggestion is to replace the primary bedroom mattress which is very saggy and uncomfortable.

This property had been beautifully renovated since our visit here years ago. There were many thoughtful amenities like the welcome packet and beach towels. Check in and out was seamless via text and email. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location of home in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for getting around the island. Beautiful decor and fully stocked with most items needed. Everything was clean and the pool was lovely. Appreciated the four bikes that came with the property. Used VacGear but would not have gotten package with kayak and paddle board as the ocean was too rough every day to be able to use the equipment. Would definitely come back again with the family!

This was our 3 stay at this property. And we have loved it every time. It’s great for a family. This time we noticed some fun and needed upgrades in the kitchen. When issues arose, the rental company handled everything wonderfully. We can’t wait to come stay again

Review of 16 Brigantine
We loved the property. The heated pool, the private walkway to the beach and the kitchen were awesome. The only aspect that was difficult was using the TV remotes. There were no instructions provided with how to use the remotes and consequently, we had trouble finding the Heritage Golf Tourney on TV. Otherwise we were very pleased with the property..

The check in/out process was super easy and communication was awesome. The house was very clean and well stocked with all amenities. I would just add a wine refrigerator.
Highly recommend both the house and Vacation Company.

Great house for reunion.
We loved everything about the house, great beds, nice kitchen, nice layout however, the deck could use a few more umbrellas. Trying to squeeze 10 people under 1 umbrella for a sun break did not work.

Spectacular view, great location, beautifully appointed home.
We stayed at this home for a multi-generation family vacation during Easter week 2018. The home very comfortably slept all 8 adults and 5 children. The floor plan is very open and the ocean views are spectacular from every angle of the great room. We took advantage of the Palmetto Dunes Resort location; we used golf course access as well as kayak and bike rentals. We also participated in a pickle ball lesson. We cooked almost all of our meals at home--the kitchen was very well equipped, including large frying pans and very good knives (which are hard to come by in rental homes!). There was plenty of seating for meal times. The main dining table seats 8 and a smaller adjacent table seats 4. We loved the convenience of being steps from the beach/ocean and used the beach access every single day. The decor of the home was extremely well done; very beachy and light. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. It was very apparent that this home was recently remodeled with great attention to detail. The outdoor grill worked well. The pool heat was a little finicky, but a must for windier days and cooler nights. The resort rental company was very responsive to our needs. All in all, our stay was nearly flawless. Would highly recommend this home and may rent it again ourselves!
