Das Personal war bzw. ist super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir wurden bereits vorab per WhatsApp begrüßt und gefragt ob ein Shuttlebus gewünscht wird. Wir haben das Angebot für die Ankunft und Abreise vom und zum Flughafen angenommen. Der Fahrer war pünktlich, der Van neuwertig und sauber. Alles tipptopp. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Zimmer sind groß mit einem großen Bett mit guter Matratze. Das Bad ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Dusche hat auch noch warmes Wasser nach etlichen Minuten. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, der allen Beteiligten viel Spaß gemacht hat.

La ubicación es excelente, y la habitación muy cómoda y bonita. El desayuno bastante completo y servido en la mesa.

El aire acondicionado no se podía regular, solo encender y apagar (temperatura muy alta), y la ducha tenía poca presión.

La ubicación y el trato son muy buenas. La habitación era preciosa con vistas a un patio interior muy bonito. Se encuentra en una calle céntrica pero no abarrotada. Nosotros volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

Negociamos de forma paga um late checkout e quando voltei para o quarto, mexeram em todas as nossas coisas. Tiraram todos os itens do nosso banheiro e colocaram em saquinhos. Achei isso um absurdo. Eu paguei para estar lá e mexeram nas minhas coisas. Até meu sabonete que eu trouxe de casa jogaram fora.

Amazing location within walking distance of the main attractions and felt extremely safe with police in boxes everywhere due to parliament buildings being in close proximity.

Very minor details headboard had little tears, bathroom radiator wasn’t clean and we needed it to hang towels off and the air con didn’t seem to warm or cool enough!

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y limpias, muy modernas y bien ambientadas. Justo debajo tienen un café muy lindo, donde puedes desayunar, o tomar alguna copa por la noche, nos atendieron excelente, y la habitación estaba lista antes del tiempo de llegada estipulado.

es un poco intrincado el edificio, hay ascensor, pero algunos pisos son por escalera, el personal del hotel nos ayudo con el equipaje, así que no lo sufrimos.

Location was fab. Map available on arrival. Breakfast was tasty but also very basic Scrambled egg and a croissant. For the money I paid, I'd have expected more choice

We couldn't get a drink in the bar as guests. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded as it was my husbands birthday 40th but our room was very standard and what i had paid for. So I think we were just told this as a wow moment. We were given a bottle of prosecco which was very kind. But to tell us we were upgraded, when we weren't, it's what I had booked, was pointless. The TV also hardly worked. The Internet signal was poor so the channels kept jumping and the option to sign in to Netflix didn't work as the connection was poor. This hotel is in a great location, comfy bed and nice staff. But it could be just a bit better thought out for guests.

The location of this property is awesome. You can walk to many attractions, shops and restaurants or take a short cab ride. You feel right in the midst of the action.

The nightly room rate and hotel layout. For the nightly room rate to not have breakfast included is crazy, we stayed at a previous property only 5mins away and it was significantly cheaper and so much better. The room we were allocated for a family of 4 was very dark and flooring had so many levels, there were steps everywhere. Many times we had stubbed toes or someone tripped up, particularly at night when the lights are off and needing to get to the bathroom. Access to the hotel rooms are separate to the hotel reception you need venture back out onto the street and take a separate entrance. There’s also no lift, so unless you manage to acquire the help of a staff member it’s quite the hike up stairs with large suitcases. The hotel reception is tiny, barely existent and located in the restaurant, which is run by a separate company to that of the hotel which makes things a little confusing. Staff level of friendliness and helpfulness inconsistent, varied from great to very average. Some nights were louder than others could hear other guests opening and closing doors.
