Good location

Heater not functioning, bad quality bed, better change a new bed.

First of all we didn’t get any sleep the entire weekend! The noise outside was horrible there was a nightclub just underneath my window. Plus the windows in the flat was old there was no difference between an open window and a closed window. You could literally hear every conversation outside. The sleeping sofa in the living room terrible, it was no good at all especially not for sleep! It kept rocking to the side and at one point it I fell and I had the entire sofa on top of me. We kept calling the number for the office and no one picked up. On Sunday evening we finally found another number after hours of searching and the staff member told me she couldn’t do anything and asked me to call again on Monday even though we would check out Monday morning. The service was horrible on Monday when we called. They kept telling me to call back because they needed to speak to the manager. We also sent an email during the stay while we was there regarding the noise. When we finally spoke to a staff a week after our stay they told us that there was nothing they could do after we checked out and that we should have called during our stay to complain about the “sleeping” sofa even though that we did. And we were struggling finding the number to the after hour phone. So when I told her that we did call on Sunday evening she said “well it was after hours” and that they wouldn’t be able to provide us a new sofa anyways. Every staff said something different one staff said we didn’t know the club downstairs was open and another one said we knew it only opened for Privat parties. It kept going back and forth with her words against mine, and she was saying there was no prove of anything regarding the sofa and bad sleeping condition because they didn’t have anything on writing. That’s bull**** I’m petite and little and still the sofa fell and was to fragile for my size.

Everything was great.

the poor check in routine. offered 20% discount to book again and when i asked about it, they wouldn’t honour it. Had to buy bits for the kitchen as their “well equipped kitchen” wasn’t really “well equipped”.

convenient location. Nice restaurant downstairs. Really kind and helpful staff.

Key collection was at a nearby shop which I thought was convenient as I picked up some groceries for my stay as well! The apartment is very close to the underground station and very central. Apartment was clean and cozy just what I was looking for.

The location is nearby to underground and station, it is next to the famous roti king and other restaurants, and close by to supermarket, the room and the facilities.

Great location right across the road from Euston station and around corner from Waterloo station. It's a clean apartment but the sofa bed is very small, it hardly fit my 2 teenage girls. It definitely wouldn't fit 2 adults. But the main thing is that it's noisy, as it's above a strip club and 4 nights out of our stay when the club closed it was noisy in the streets from 5am right outside our windows.

We booked this property already couple of times for colleagues and will stay again, good service and great location, Super Central ! and good apartments.

It was a really spacious house located nearby our office and the Euston metro station. Everybody from my group absolutely loved it!

It was very small. they said it could accommodate 4 ppl but it was good for 3 only. the sofa cum bed was very small and can’t adjust 2 ppl on it. Even bedroom had a very small bed and it was very congested. The staff was very supportive. The place was not clean properly.

Location is right by a metro and very easy to navigate around the city. Good property for a large family.

Needed more trash bags and toilet paper. There is a dance club next store, leave the stoop light on and it keeps people off the stairs.

The rooms were good and big flat and the location as well. The furniture little old but good. The train just few steps.

Its was very difficult check in where they send a form then you need to sign. Also there was no prior arrival communication for the checkin. Everything happens same day. We stayed in the street more than an hour before someone came and provide the key. In the day of the check-out they came exactly at 11 and ask us to leave the appartment and we asked them for sometime to prepare the luggage but they refused and said if we don't get out they will be calling the police. This thing is really disappointed us.

Really spacious space for a big group of people and very close to euston station - perfect for what we needed.

The oven didnt work

The location was great. So closed from the tube station The balcony was lovely, we were able to take some nice family pictures. We had two flats which were next to each others which was perfect. Small rooms but it’s just what you need if you’re planning to visit or be out and about. One bedroom has a double bed the rest is slightly smaller. Although they were on the small side we were able to sleep alright. Kitchen/ living room was great Yes there is a club downstairs but you have security outside which keep it safe etc.. it is a bit noisy but if you want to be central London there will always be some noise. It didn’t disturb us but if you’re sensitive to noise I wouldn’t recommend staying central in general. Safe area which was perfect. We walked around few times late at night. You’re 30min away by walk from soho/Chinatown 20min away by walk from Oxford street

Excellent size and location. Very good value for money considering. The host were polite and helpful in all correspondence. I would definitely stay here again.

There were a few points that I have brought up privately with the management, but nothing too serious. As others have mentioned, there is noise coming from the club downstairs and from the underground which is hardly the fault of the owners. But I might suggest taking some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Nothing. How did they get a 7.1 rating? After 5 hours in this horrid apartment, we left and went to a hotel. This plsce is not fit to stay in.

1. Sign up and on-line checkin process was so lengthy and cumbersome, with many forms and waste of time. 2. Location is just above a strip club. Feels unsafe and shabby. 3. It was so noisy from 4am when we arrived till the morning. From the club and people outside. 4. The apartment us damp and the smell is awful. All my allergies reacted. 5. The bed is tiny and uncomfortable. Not suitable for two.. 6. The sofa bed in the other room is not fit for anyone to sleep on. 7. After leaving I contacted the hosts and told them that I cannot stay there. Theclady promised that they will contact me. Of course it was the last I heard from them. The money I paid in advance is gone. I moved to a decent hotel instead of letting this terrible experience ruin my vacation in Lindon.
