Lovely modern hotel which felt luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom had everything we needed from kettle, coffee maker, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. We loved using the spa and swimming pool too which was very clean and relaxing. Staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful and lovely treats were left in the bedroom for my daughters birthday.

Location was great, 5 min walk to old street tube which is great to go straight to Euston

Beautiful and restful stay here at the Montcalm East after visiting Barbican theatre. We were upgraded to a corner room which was a very nice surprise. The staff were very warm and welcoming.

Arrivée le vendredi ok mais le samedi à 16:30 : la chambre n’a pas été faite. Réclamation, pas vraiment d’excuse ni explication on me demande d’attendre au bar pendant le ménage. On m’offre un coca.

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel + emplacement idéal si vous souhaitez visiter la ville. Tout était parfait, de l’accueil, au personnel, aux services proposés par l’établissement (spa, petit déjeuner, propreté, changements des draps / serviette, etc). Une mention spéciale pour le personnel de la restauration qui ont été top ! Si j’ai l’occasion de revenir à Londres je passerai par cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Der Haartrockner war verklebt und schmierig. Keine Toilettenbürste (gab es erst auf Nachfrage) Bananen waren eine Woche lang beim Frühstück nicht zu haben. Mir Wurde gesagt es seien keine mehr da, aber es war die ganze Woche derselbe Obstkorb, welcher nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Poolzeiten für Kinder nur von 07:00-09:00 und 15:00-17:00Uhr Die Etagen sind mit den Aufzügen nur per Zimmerkarte erreichbar. Aber die Aufzüge haben anscheinend technische Probleme und erkennen die Zimmerkarten nur per Zufall.

Lovely room and building design. View from the window. Room was clean, had decent amount of space. Coffee machine, teapot, home shoes and other bathroom necessities were provided. Staff was nice. Fresh water dispenser on the floor with sparkling water. Bed and pillows were comfy. For Christmas Day there was a small surprise from Santa hanging on the door handle with chocolate that kind of made up for the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.

Toilet brush was missing - but I guess it’s just a London thing, since none of the visited places had one. Full blown Fire Alarm going off in the middle of the first night multiple times guaranteed sleepless night after shock. There was unpleasant smell coming out of the pillow from uncovered side, I’m guessing to cover it up sheets were sprayed with detergent, strong smell which is also not very pleasant but nothing tragic. A bit far from the main attractions, however nothing new, it was already known before booking.

Mooi hotel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schoon, fijne bedden. Prima ontbijt, veel keuze. Dicht bij bus en metro Rustig hotel.

Eigenlijk niets en als ik dan toch 2 puntjes moet bedenken vonden wij het niet prettig dat er bij het ontbijt continu iemand bij je tafel loopt om lege boorden, kopjes, bakjes ed meteen weg te halen. Zou fijner zijn als ze je rustig laten ontbijten. De kamer die wij hadden was te klein voor 3 personen omdat het een 2 persoons slaapbank is die er in de kamer extra bij staat dus weinig plaats voor koffers en geen ruimte om te lopen.

La posizione è comodissima, molto vicina alla fermata della metro "old street". La colazione abbondante e lo staff gentile e premuroso. Ci sono diversi italiani che lavorano e rendono agevole il soggiorno! Grazie a Domiziana che si prodigata in ogni direzione per farci sentire a casa. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Toglierei il pepe nero dalle portate servite la mattina, lasciando la possibilità di scelta agli ospiti

il divano letto stona in maniera esagerata con il comfort e la comodità che la struttura offre. La cosa è stata riferita anche al momento del checkout. Il materasso del divano è troppo sottile e rende assolutamente scomodo il pernotto. Una struttura di questo livello non deve assolutamente perdersi per un letto al posto di un divano letto. Suggerisco di formare delle stanze da 3 posti con dei letti da una piazza e mezzo e rimuovere l'opzione divano letto

Very nice and comfortable had everything you need and staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Die Lage war absolut perfekt, sehr gut zu erreichen mit dem ÖPNV. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen und die digitalen Lichtschalter waren etwas verwirrend ;)

I had a fantastic stay. Everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and access everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent. Great food options to start the day. Overall, I loved my stay here!

While the hotel had a gym, it was missing some essential equipment and amenities. As someone who values their fitness routine, I found this a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have a more well-equipped fitness center to maintain my workout routine during my stay.
