Location was very peaceful. The host was accommodating and very nice.
Directions to the compound was a little tricky. Especially if you arrive at night. Needed more bins, in bathroom and kitchen. The fridge needs a handle so as not to keep hurting your hand back. Door in rear of room which lead to another space needs a bolt.

I loved this property! Very clean and comfortable. My room was light, airy and beautifully decorated. Our host was pleasant and present but non intrusive. The entire property was clean and nicely maintained. I definitely would go back!
Shower was not very powerful but the hot water was a nice temperature.

Eric and Paula were wonderful from the very beginning. The rooms are spacious and clean. Eric made us feel very welcome. Absolutely lovely place felt like home. We would definitely stay for another weekend next time!😁🙂

I liked everything about the place,I went there with my spouse it was the both of us birthdays we enjoyed ourselves. it was peaceful and quiet, the owner of the place is so down to earth.we will be going back and will be recommended it people. My room was set up for my birthday. I love it.

The property was nice and clean. love that there was hot waster, a pool, AC and friendly cats. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.
the tv didn’t work with our devices so we couldn’t get to watch anything, the furnitures and fixtures needs some upgrading.

Beautiful property. Lovely owners - Eric was the perfect host, wish we stayed longer so we could’ve met his wife Paula. Our stay was so much better than we thought it would’ve been. We saw the good reviews and knew we would’ve had a good time but it was somehow better than we couldve imagined. They also have the most well behaved, friendliest cats ive ever seen! And if you dont like cats they leave you alone (they didnt bother my mom at all when she came to visit). Clean, spacious rooms. Fully stocked bar with very good prices. 4 min drive from the beach. About a 20 min walk which is very soothing since its a nice safe area. You literally have nothing to worry about. Also very breezy hence the name of the villa. Definitely will be our new spot whenever we go to back to Discovery Bay. Miss it already!

Breakfast was beyond our expectation. We got more than we asked for. It was evident that it was done with a good heart. It was delicious.

Villa is superb. Really advanced facilities. Not a 5-star hotel and it’s not supposed to be. It’s a first rate AirBnB facility and the hosts (and cats) are super friendly. I will stay here again.
Google location is far from the Villa. Put Queenhythe Rd in your GPS and you’ll get to Nina Drive easily.

Cool Breeze was a breath of fresh air. My host Eric was super helpful and warm. The facility was clean and beautiful with just enough privacy.
The communte was a bit tedious the first time. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect stay, Eric and Paula are welcoming hosts, who go out of their way to make your vacation comfortable and easy. Eric makes a great Daiquiri, suspended bed by the pool awesome to relax on! I felt like family by the time I left. Definitely will be back!

The viewing , cleanliness, customer service, the pool side bar was amazing, the owners were very amiable. I am looking forward to my next vacation at this beautiful Villa.

Love the accommodations. The rooms all speak for themselves. Most of all the hosts were very warm and welcoming, even to a local such as myself. Could only have been better, if I had the time to stay longer 😀. Thank you again Ms Paula and Sir Eric. See you again soon 👌👍👏👏👏

I like the location of the place. It has a good view and the area is quiet. The management and staff are warm and welcoming and are very caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend Cool Breeze to my friends and family.
