W hotelu zatrzymaliśmy się na 4 noce. Hotel zlokalizowany jest blisko stacji metra i dworca kolejowego Basmane. Po przeciwnej drogi znajduje się wejście do Kulturparku. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto. Pracownicy są niesamowicie pomocni i uprzejmi. Spotkaliśmy się z ogromną życzliwością. Chcielibyśmy podziękować Panom na recepcji oraz w sposób szczególny Panu, który zajmował się salą gdzie jedliśmy śniadania ❤️ Nasz pokój był bardzo jasny, dobrze wyciszony, z bardzo dobrym zasięgiem WiFi. Codziennie był sprzątany i mieliśmy wymieniane ręczniki. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne. Pościel i ręczniki czyste i pachnące. W hotelu jest winda, więc nie trzeba dźwigać bagaży. Śniadania są przepyszne, bardzo zróżnicowane - więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bez problemu można poprosić w recepcji o zamówienie taksówki. Naprawdę szczerze polecamy!

Wszytko było w jak najlepszym porządku.

A very nice hotel with a very friendly staff from the receptionist Efe, who immediately found the room for me and offered me a hot Turkish tea as I arrived on a rainy day, to all other receptionists and the staff in the kitchen. Cleaning was excellent, the breakfast included traditional dishes and the lobby was very comfortable to have a black Turkish coffee with a cookie and work.

It was a nice place but quite a way from the center of town and restaurants. The room was nice, but our sliding doors wouldn't shut properly. The room was a bit knocked around and there were lots of marks everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the aircon and wifi worked well. Shower was good with good size bathroom. Nice big mirrors on the wardrobe too. Breakfast was good with a lovely big selection of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff doesn't speak english so it is very hard to communicate. The description indicate an airport shuttle but it doesn't exist, they only propose to call a taxi The internet connection is pretty unstable in the bedrooms. The sink was broken and the toilet flush was working every two times. The bedroom are really small and not insolated. You can hear everything that happen in the street as well as in the other room.

Very clean, quiet and confortable hotel, right next to Kultur Park.

Toilet brush and sink plug needed to be changed and breakfast was poor. Location was not great either, a little outside the city center. If it wasn't for the non-refundable reservation I would probably have picked a different hotel in Izmir.
