Siesta Breakers is really well maintained , it’s on a beautiful beach , we were provided with beach chairs . The pool was clean and the landscape was beautiful. The location is close to everything. We had the opportunity to see turtle eggs hatching one night.

Not having internet, for the price I feel the owner could easily have full time internet or even add a little to the price. I needed to do some work for my job and had to go to the club house.

Pool was nice. Private beach was awesome. Security was great!

Room was dated with no tv. No internet service. This is on the owner not the hotel. Do not rent 603. Numerous reasons not to rent from this owner.

The pool area and beach are nice

Bare minimum kitchen supplies- ice maker took 3days to make ice-sheets comforters disgusting

Access to the beach was excellent.

Pillows and bed linens could use an update.

I liked the location to the beach and to some amenities.

I would have given the place an excellent rating except for the following; I have never had a list so long of things to bring to a place. Even up to having to bring our own beach towels(those take a lot of space in your luggage) Had I known how the bath towels were I would have likely brought my own of those as well, they have seen better days and don’t cover you up.

siesta breakers is a well run facility! Beautiful but no restroom off the pool area.

our room # 603 had some issues. Toilets old , no hot water in the 2nd shower. Have stayed in better updated condos for less money.

Sand in toes...right out the door. Best Clam Chowder right across the street. 5 minutes from my parent's house in Siesta Key.

Need to use something besides PayPal or let visitors know you will not be returning their full deposit. Getting shorted $15 dollars after spending $2,000 on the trip is not a big deal. It's just a surprise not to know this upfront. Not a big deal. That's really the only negative I can think of.
