Great location beautiful house wonderful view.

Lacked some essential items and some stuff wasn’t working. Missed a few details.

close to beach, layout of the house was good , kitchen had everything we needed , staff kept us informed which was very helpful.

hard to open gates from inside, fence at pool area couldn’t be closed, need light in elevator, grill and fridge on roof is unusable, didn’t use dresser cause drawer felt gritty, air vent near washer was very dirty, and washer is moldy. not so much complaining but feel these things could be improved .

You cannot beat the property's location. The dual living space was great. and the balconies were so nice. we loved having a pool on site and beach stuff accessible.

for the price, the furnishing and attention to detail were lacking. the couch was quite small and uncomfortable as well as having a huge stain in the middle of it. there was not enough comfortable seating, paper products or towels for this size of a house.

Good location except can’t access the locked gate for easy beach access. Having to walk to the public beach area is a negative.

Communication of Beachside Management was poor. $1500 credit card hold is excessive. Ants were in rooms and hair left in beds.

Accommodations could have been much better. Furnishings were inadequate and well overdue for replacement. Microwave didn’t work and the outdoor grill on the rooftop was simply disgusting. Master shower temp control knob was not properly secured. There was also unkept areas in the garage that contained used paint cans and other debris/trash.

The property is gorgeous. It’s located across the street from one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seeing. However, the beach entrance is about 3-5 minute walk from the house. There’s a private beach entrance right across but this is for the property next door only. I feel this should be written on the details of the house because it can be deceiving since on the pictures you can see this entrance. I feel this property has huge potential the property management company although they are friendly they miss the attention to detail that could make this home a 5 star luxury stay. We had to call them several times for small issues like for example: the pool was not clean upon check in and the master shower knob came off the wall. I think these are issues that could’ve been resolved before our check in. We shouldn’t have to call and let them know in the middle of our stay that these issues needed to be addressed. I expect this type of attention to detail from a “luxury” beach rental. Another detail that is worth mentioning is the house has 3 floors that’s a lot of stairs. Yes, it has an elevator but for some reason it is not for guests. Which is honestly, ridiculous since we are paying to use the house and it comes with a pretty high price tag.

The dishwasher didn’t work had to wash dishes. Was told it needed a part but they never came back to fix it. The grill on top roof was not working . Cushions on outdoor furniture stained and cushions for lounge chairs were badly ripped and stained, management came and removed them. Size of house was great for my group but was disappointed with things not working:(

Close to the beach and out of the congested area of the island.

Pool is small and in shaded area all day. Lots of stairs. Grill on roof didn’t work.
