Property Manager was amazing

Great Location Nice pool area.

No issue with property.

The proximity to the beach and town. Enjoyed sitting out on the porch with coffee every morning. Liked the pool option on the property. It was quiet. The kitchen was stocked and nice and clean and new. Living room had plenty of seating and was very comfortable.

Could have used more comfortable bedding in the room with double beds.

So grateful to have found this little gem!! We loved the location, the modern home and decor, the comfortable bed and quaint pool area. My son and I walked to the French restaurant every morning (I have been eating clean and was happy w their menu). Very helpful to have beach chairs and a wagon too. We will be back!!

No washer and dryer, laundry mat had wash and fold though so not too bad.

Ringling Beach House is within walking distance to the beach and the village shops/restaurants! Roberto was onsite to greet us when we arrived, as well as when we checked out. He is very friendly and welcoming! We loved that beach chairs and beach towels are provided... and lots of little extras too!

This is a great little gem! Beach just steps away. VIllage a few more steps, but still walkable Very clean! Beds were comfy. Roberto made sure to meet us and give us a tour so we knew where everything was. When we needed a break from the beach, the pool area was nice. We had beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon.

Not really anything. We were in siesta key for goodness sakes. It was beautiful

Location was amazing! Staff super friendly. Great pool area. The interior of the unit could have been more updated. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable, but the pull out sofas were disappointing.

Roberto was great. Location great. Renovated apartment had all the amenities.

The TV system would not allow me to watch regular channels. Had to go to bar to watch nationally televised NFL playoff games.

Couldn't be a better location! What a value, too. The decor was farming. Not overdone beachy but tasteful and appropriate for a vacation place.

Could use a refresh- the inside of the windows were covered in condensation so the whole place was pretty damp. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, kitchen sink dripped continuously. TV in bedroom only worked if you connected to your own streaming service. Minor inconveniences because we stayed just 2 days but wasn’t a great value.

The location is walking distance to the center of Siesta Key so a car was not necessary. There is also a free shuttle that runs to the other end of Siesta Key where there are additional restaurants and bars. The beach access is across the street and our apartment included all of the beach essentials for 4: towels, chairs, wagon and umbrella. The twin beds were new and the beds were comfortable.

Our family of 4 unfortunately stayed during the winter storm Elliot with really cold temperatures so we not only had to put on the heater and ask for blankets, we were in close company for the Christmas holiday. 😳 Not what we expected and had I known, I would have booked a bigger apartment for our family of 4 adults. We booked the Ringmaster. Roberto the property manager is very kind and helpful. The pool and surroundings are clean, the apartment had basic kitchen essentials and the couch was a pull-out that was new too. For our family of 4, an additional chair in the living area would have been helpful. We used a chair from the pool during our stay since we spent Christmas Day in the room.

The location was fantastic, the house is old but very clean, good parking space, we had access to all kinds of beach equipment such as trolleys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. The swimming pool area was very nice and clean and the staff and the manager were great. I can defenitely reccomend this place for a few nights stay.

The house is old and so is the interior, could use an update.

The location was great - a short trolley ride or walk from the village where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel which makes it really easy to hitch a ride! The walk to the beach is a bit long, but anywhere on that side of the key will be because of the greenery that you must walk through to get to the sandy beach. The beach is AMAZING - the most beautiful white sand!

The room was a bit run down (chipping paint nearly everywhere), we had to request additional towels, toilet paper and garbage bags throughout our stay because we did not receive enough for the number of people we had staying, and there were some pretty dirty areas (e.g., the side of the fridge had a lot of leftover food stuck to it... gross). The property manager was very responsive and helpful so at least things were addressed quickly.
