Location is amazing and pool is awesome ! They have a cool onsite tiki bar with live music and drinks . Also have chairs and beach carts to use for the beach which is really helpful .

Some of the rooms are a tad outdated . Recommend getting a poolside room those are updated and really nice .

Great location, amenities for the beach were an added bonus, the pool was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was always friendly.

Our stay was just too short!!

It was within a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Great location!! The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk ! Having water and ice so readily available as well as beach cooler and chairs was great . Very comfortable bed. The room was small but clean , with mini fridge and microwave.

The walls were a bit thin (could easily hear our neighbors talking), however that’s not a bother to me . And the king room was on the smaller side with a small bathroom, but still sufficient.

Didn't realize that a bar with live entertainment was right outside my door (literally). It was a bit noisy at times, but the hotel had quiet time hours, so no problem sleeping at night.

Room is buggy, smelly like mildew and mold. Couch was stained badly. Too small for our family. Room 139 needs some repairs & re-furnished. ceilings were very low in this room. Reminded me of a remodeled boiler room.

The location. It is close to the beach. Despite being small, it had space for everything, but I only stayed 3 nights. I believe there would be a lack of space to store clothes if I stayed longer.

Toilet paper was really bad. We had to go to Publix to buy another one. The bedroom and bathroom could be better maintained. I felt the need for a space in the bathroom to hang bathing suits.

The location of the property was amazing - walking distance to beach access and numerous restaurants/bars/shops. The pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained and conveniently located to our room. They offered numerous amenities to enjoy the beach and surrounding area (cooler, ice, beach chairs, towels, beach wagons to carry everything, bikes, and golf carts for rent). Parking was very easy and staff was friendly. The tiki bar area was fabulous and the drinks were fantastic.

Our room was very close to the pool gate, which had a tendency to slam rather loudly. We only stayed one night so it wasn't an issue but I could see it being annoying if we were on an extended stay. Our room was large and well appointed but could have benefitted from some deferred maintenance/minor updates (tile grout in the shower, some areas along the wall). I know at this price point we're paying for location, but these also aren't big fixes. We didn't have any actual hand soap in the room, so we used one of the tubes of body wash. They're rather strict about early check-in and late check-out, but they're also clear abut that in communication.

No breakfast here. Bathroom had a jacuzzi that did not work.

I had to walk to office to get coffee cups they ran out of.

cute place that is unbelievably convenient & close to both the beach (absolutely beautiful with good swimming spot right near the closest beach access to the hotel, and lots of shells to collect) and restaurants and shops. Big enough that there is life to it… people are eager to get to the cute pool area everyday, but not so big you spend half your vacation in a hallway or elevator. Great that it has a little cooler and beach chairs in the room, I used them to take to my daughter’s soccer games, very helpful. Nice tiny kitchen , extremely cold A/C, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Only complaint is the parking on weekends seems to fill up with cars that don’t have a hotel pass on them, leaving you to take one way off around a corner, but at least there was one. Honestly, with the free trolley and the little siesta key market all within steps I wouldn’t have wanted a car if not for my daughter’s soccer games. Will be back.

Close to everything! Beach, restaurants, all of it. Did not need a car. Loved the Tiki bar and the live music. Pool was beautiful. Everything Very clean and kept up.

Walking distance to most everything. Pool and hot tub on property. Enough room for family of 5.

Pool / spa closed at 9:00pm. Lots of people who weren’t paying guests using spa and pool each day. One night staff kicked out a group of 8 teens and 6 adults from the spa and grassy area inside pool area.

our room #138 was poor… ruined our trip mildew smell, disgusting bathroom, cabinet door broken, broken shelf, moths flying, not sure where they were coming from, we will never go back.

I breakfast included. Location was great. Close to all restaurants and nightlife.

I don’t feel that an additional cost should be incurred to park if you have a reservation. This isn’t a low cost resort and parking should be free. Possibly charge for bike rentals instead?
