位置非常好，距离汽车站步行5分钟，小院子十分温馨和舒适，厨房随时可以使用，有免费的咖啡、茶和小点心。房间很宽敞，甚至还有沙发，房间外面有很舒服的椅子可以坐着喝茶放松。早餐是我们整个行程中吃过最丰盛的，非常满意。但最赞的还是女老板，不仅能说流利的英文而且人超好！朋友眼睛出了些问题，她帮忙找了医生还替我们去买了药，开车送我们往返了岩画博物馆，最后还送我们去了汽车站，太感动了！如果下次再来的话，我们很想多住一段时间！强烈推荐！！！

The women is very king, evens she doesn't speak english a lot, she tries to help you with everything. The garden is so cute and the breakfast very complete.

The Family Guest House in Cholpon Ata stands out for its friendly owners and the impressive, delicious breakfast cooked right in front of guests.

Regrettably, the room was cramped, smelly, and uncomfortably warm despite the air conditioning. The bathroom facilities, particularly the shower, were subpar.

The breakfast was amazing here - such generous portions Bed was very comfortable and nice to have a private bathroom with good shower. The hosts are very friendly. Able to do laundry here, which was very important for us. The house is close to restaurants and the Issy kul lake

We weren't given the code for the gate and forgot to ask for this. When we returned in the evening there was no one to let us in!! Thankfully a neighbour was passing by and knew the code for us to get in.

Everything. And most of all the Hosts/Proprietors. This is one place, which throughout our Kyrgyzstan trip made us feel that they truly understood the term Hospitality. From the moment we passed through their gates we were made to realise how truly they emulated the name of their establishment...Family Guesthouse. We were made to feel nothing short of Family. On realising that my wife had booked this trip as a getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary, Elina upgraded our room at no extra cost. She and her parents, who help her run the place are truly gracious hosts. Always there with a smile enquiring about guest's comfort. The place itself is very charming. Nestled amongsts trees giving one the feel of a log-cabin. Our room was under a cherry tree and Family Guesthouse will always be in my memory as 'A place under the cherry tree". And don't get me started on the breakfast. It seemed like an interminable affair. Freshly made Pancakes followed by porridge followed by eggs and sausage and fresh fruits followed by coffee. All guests cannot help but feel like royalty here, more so if you have stayed at other places and experienced the standard fare and especially if you consider the true value for money. But leaving the monetary aspect aside Family guesthouse is an establishment that treats all its guest like family. Elina even took the trouble of dropping us to the hot-springs and kept insisting we should call her if we needed any assistance with anything. And the conversations...that went beyond Business relations....we spoke to each other about so many things as though we had known each other from before. To us Family Guesthouse will always remain as the most charming, most welcomingly homely and the most comfortable stay in all of Kyrgyzstan. Thanks Elina and Family for making our anniversary all the more special.

We liked everything.... nothing that we didnt like......would have like some hot water in our bathroom though....maybe it was there and we couldn't find it...

The whole family running the guest house is extremely kind and generous. It was wonderful to be greeted every morning at breakfast by Madame's cheerful welcome and bright smile as she served a hearty breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal - a few minutes walk to the bus station and a short walk to the town centre and the shores of the Issy-kul Lake.

I loved the place. Right as I walked in the front door I felt at ease. They have a very beautiful garden! The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and I even skipped lunch. Owners are absolute sweethearts!! So very helpful! I am glad I stayed here and I definitely do recommend it.
