Maison moderne de 4 chambres entièrement rénovée du milieu du siècle au cœur de Littleton. Vélo au centre-ville de Littleton où il y a des restaurants, des boutiques pittoresques, des salons de thé, des brasseries, des studios de yoga, des salons de coiffure, un centre de loisirs et surtout un magasin de chocolat! Il est à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Denver. Vélo ou marcher sur le sentier de la Platte River jusqu'au centre-ville de Denver si vous êtes aventureux! Le sentier High Line Canal se trouve à 9 maisons. Il s'agit d'un sentier d'irrigation ombragé de 60 km pour les randonneurs, les joggeurs, les cyclistes et les cavaliers. Ça va faire vos pas! La cour est aménagée de manière professionnelle avec un foyer, des chaises Adirondack, un grand gril à gaz et un joli poirier (si c'est la saison des poires!) La maison est claire et lumineuse avec un plafond à rainures et des planchers en bois. Il possède un salon avec une cheminée à bois et une salle familiale séparée avec une télévision grand écran et le câble. La maison a une chambre principale king size, 2 chambres queen size et une chambre avec lits superposés. Il y a des vélos gratuits disponibles. Vous êtes également à seulement 8 minutes du centre commercial Aspen Grove, "le plus important village de magasins à ciel ouvert du Colorado" avec 48 magasins et restaurants, dont Apple, Panera, le Montana Grill de Ted, le cinéma Alamo et le sentier Platte River. Ce sentier longe la magnifique rivière Platte et vous conduira jusqu'au centre-ville de Denver si vous le souhaitez. Le long du sentier ou en voiture, vous êtes à seulement 8 minutes de la brasserie Breckenridge. Dîner dans leur restaurant Farmhouse ou visiter leur brasserie.

The house was just as described. It was very clean, had all the amenities we required and was very spacious. The backyard was large and had multiple sitting areas. The location was close to shopping, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay at this property again during our next trip to Denver.

The premises were spotless. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were small, but certainly manageable. Beds were very comfortable. This property suited our needs perfectly.

Great house on a quiet street with a beautiful backyard area. Enjoyed the location for quick trips into Denver, the Red Rocks, and visiting family in the Littleton / Highlands Ranch area.

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and had a houseful of family staying with us totaling 8 adults.
Angela set up an air mattress which helped a lot as the bunk beds would've been difficult for two 30+ year old men.
The house was great for our needs. Very clean and well kept. Pleasing furnishings and decorations. Good beds and bedding. Lots of thick towels.
Another bathroom would've been perfect but we managed.
The house was stocked with dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags which was great.
We did some cooking and grilling so was disappointed that
plastic wrap, baggies, alum foil, pepper, and seasonings were not provided.
We had only a few minor issues.
Light fixtures in main bathroom were very dim. Turned out 2 out 4 bulbs were out. I asked Angela if someone could come by and change bulbs as the fixtures were ceiling mounted. She sent bulbs with wrong base but the correct bulbs were in closet and my husband got on ladder to change.
The toilet in same bathroom was not flushing properly.
I notified Angela who was going to call a plumber but my handy husband was able to fix chain in tank saving us the inconvenience and Angela the expense.
All in all a great rental in a great location. Highly recommend.

This home is super dated, it smells of smoke! The kitchen was terrible. No pots that work for an electric stove as the crappy ones they have are warped. This host could spend $500-$1k to update the kitchen with items people want to use.
Furniture is terrible - broken bar stool. Everything looks like it was bought decades ago and terribly cheap.
Lesson learned - ANY house that ONLY has the highest rating will be awful.
VRBO - shame on you for not doing any due diligence on your rentals.
And I'm sure this review will not show up anywhere. If it does not, I will never rent from VRBO again.

Tons of amenities, all bedrooms with comfortable big beds, full kitchen and mini kitchen, and big open main space. Only minor inconvenience was the up/down of all the stairs and hill to get back and forth from the house to the water.

The backyard was wonderful, the boardgames offered along with the basement space allowed the kids to have a place to play.

We had the perfect place for our extended stay in Colorado to celebrate our son's wedding. The groom and friends were able to hang out and get ready here~ as it had a spacious living area and lovely shaded back yard. It was close to both the Rehearsal Dinner @ Breckenridge Farmhouse Brewery and wedding venue @ Highland Ranch Mansion. The house far exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time!

This house was absolutely amazing!!! Super clean, well stocked with everything you would need. There was a highchair and a playpen for babies which we did not need but as a mom of four was great to see. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice family neighborhood. The backyard is fenced which is great when you have kids. The beds were sooooo comfortable and had top quality fluffy bedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and if we are ever back in the area this will be the place we will stay hands down!!

This home was absolutely perfect- our daughter’s wedding was at Hudson Gardens and we were less than 10 minutes away- made it so convenient. The home was sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, has such a nice back yard, is decorated nicely, love the circular drive for easy access, a quiet neighborhood and the owner is very accommodating! Definitely would recommend!

It's a beautiful and spacious home. We had an issue with the lock; however, the property owners were prompt in handling the issue. They were easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend the property for families.

Our family is so thankful to have had such a beautiful home to spread out and relax in in during an otherwise chaotic wedding week. Perfectly located between venues, it was our oasis when needed. Comfy beds and relaxing back porch. We would surely stay here again if the need arose! Thank you!

Our church leader attended a conference nearby. The house was great to give us our own space but also a place to gather. Great backyard! Great kitchen! Wonderful house and experience that I'd rent again for a work trip or family trip.

We spent a week in this lovely home with our adult children and parents while we were in Littleton for our sister's wedding at Chatfield Farms. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our trip. It was the perfect set up as my parents, who have really crazy sleeping schedules had their own space on the lower level. It was close to everything and my family particularly enjoyed the walking trails. Our host was super responsive when we needed a light changed in the back yard. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Littleton!

We flew im for a wedding. It was centrally located. There were bikes in the garage which is a bonus, wish they all worked but that’s ok. There is a creek trail a few houses away. It was nice the kids unplugged and got outside to explore.

We used this property for our stay on our golf trip this year. Everything was great about this property. The location was perfect and witching 30 minutes to every golf course we played at. The owners were very punctual in their responses and helpful with getting situated in the house. 10/10 recommend this stay for your next getaway!
