Marie was an excellent and helpful host. Very good breakfast. Quite place. Too bad we didn’t have more time to stay in the area. Private parking.

We have had such an amazing time In champagne and to top it off we stayed at Marie’s b&b on the last night. From the moment we stepped into the house we felt at home. Marie was such an amazing host and really made effort with us despite our lack of French ( we will work on it next time) the room was beautiful especially the bathroom- it was quintessential French! It was cleaned to a very high standard and I am a clean freak. There is genuinely nothing I can fault, It’s a place you absolutely must go!

There was nothing we didn’t like however a tip from ourselves would be to book a restaurant in Ay for dinner which is only a 5 minute drive away! Avarum is meant to be divine.

I don’t know where to start. This place is amazing! Clean, spacey, authentic and Marie a superhost. I wish I could stay longer. The best croissants! Keep up the top-notch work.

What a lovely place to stay - not far from Ay (half hour flat walking along the towpath of a picturesque canal) and a large garden to relax in. We had a fantastic welcome by our host. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were in the one room (Lily) which overlooked the car park with no terrace, unlike the other rooms on the ground floor. The room itself was beautiful though.

Excellent accommodation with space outside to sit. Lovely garden, and spacious communal area. Excellent breakfast. We had dinner one night which was excellent and good value. Very pleasant stay, and would recommend and possibly stay again if in this area

Breakfast was exceptional. Lovely property with a large garden and various seating areas to choose from. The parking is very secure. Honesty bar with a good selection. And a lovely owner!

comfortable modern and very clean room ! lots of space! Marie, the host was very attentive and very helpful with all our questions about where to visit while in the area..we followed her instructions and were very pleased..the breakfast was delicious, plenty of hot water for bathing/shower....lovely grounds...secure gate ....lots of space to sit in the sun...you can walk into the small local town where there is a path along a river..unfortunately covid forced some closures ie. restos, stores. ..great stopover point if you are in the region and want to break away from the chaos ...on the hiway and just a few minutes drive to Epernay..will definitely stay if in the region again..we originally booked one night ,but we were so impressed by the accommodations and area , we stayed another night..

Fantastic house,the mason that build that house 50 years ago was a real pro, as it was build yesterday,clean strait lines,no clutter inside,quiete!! if in the neighborhood,spend the night otherwise you are missing out👍
