we had booked a king bed and received two queens.

The bed was comfortable and Samantha at the front desk was very helpful! The breakfast was amazing. The pool is lovely. The hotel restaurant is AWESOME.

Some staff members had no idea what they were doing, the bathroom fan doesn’t turn off and is obnoxiously loud, the Teavana tea tastes like flavoured water.

The hotel was clean and updated.

Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was cheerful and just awesome.

The hotel was convenient to the family funeral we were attending. It was clean, and comfortable.we like having mini frig and microwave in room.

You could hear highway noise from room. And it was pricey for the location. I know that was largely because Summerfest was going on, but made it expensive to attend Mother in laws funeral.

We travel 2-3 times/year from Minneapolis to see dear friends who live in Hartford. We normally stay at the Westphal Mansion, but there were no vacancies and we stayed at the Cobblestone for the first time. We made reservations online. For some reason, we were given a handicap-accessible room. The next morning, we requested another room - the ADA accommodations were not as comfortable as a regular room would have been. The desk attendant understood and we agreed to do the switch when we returned that evening. However, that evening, the desk attendant told us we were not allowed to change because we had gotten a "special deal" by reserving online. It wasn't clear whether, by reserving online, we had agreed to be in a handicap-accessible room or if we had been arbitrarily assigned to the room and were required to stay in it. (There were few guests, judging from the cars in the parking lot.) We asked how much it would cost to be moved to another room and the attendant wasn't able to figure that out. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable. The lighting was inadequate and the lightbulb on one of the bedside tables was burnt out (we reported that and it was replaced the next day - the room lighting was little improved). Because of the ADA-approved bathroom, the bedroom was tiny and there was no closet (a hanging rack was positioned low to the floor). There was a little refrigerator (helpful), microwave (not used), free internet (nice), TV (not used), and a window looking onto the street. We checked out the free breakfast (waffles, eggs, cereal, bread, bagels), which at least two parties were enjoying, but we opted to eat in town (Perc Place, Main Street cafe'). The location was great. It would have been more comfortable to have had a regular room, but, as we were just using the hotel for sleeping for the 3 nights of our visit, it worked out. Given the choice, we definitely prefer the Westphal Mansion.

The restaurant wasn't open late, the breakfast sucked, and this place is waaayyy overpriced.
