Bienvenue dans notre magnifique condo de la côte de noix de coco! Ceci est un condo d'une chambre à Kapaa sur l'île de Kauai. Il a un lit King size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Cela signifie qu'il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Le condo dispose d'une cuisine complète, de tous les appareils électroménagers (y compris un mixeur pour ces superbes boissons tropicales), de la vaisselle, du linge de maison, etc.
L'unité dispose d'un accès Internet WiFi ainsi que d'une télévision intelligente et du câble. Nous vous laissons également des serviettes de plage, lampes de poche, boogie boards, glacières et chaises de plage. Jusqu'à présent, nos invités ont été merveilleux de les laisser à la prochaine personne et même d'ajouter à la collection! Il y a des barbecues au gaz près de la piscine. Ceci est une unité au deuxième étage avec une vue magnifique sur la côte de noix de coco et est situé à environ 300 pieds de la plage sur un terrain en herbe avec un trottoir menant à la plage. Les photos de la plage sont prises de la fin du trottoir en regardant au nord et au sud. Comme vous pouvez le constater, la plage est très calme et peu fréquentée.
Plantation Hale est située à Kapaa, à environ 13 km au nord de l’aéroport de Lihue. C'est à côté du marché de la plantation de noix de coco pour ceux d'entre vous qui connaissent bien l'île. La route principale autour de Kauai a la forme d’un fer à cheval, sans routes sur la rive nord. Nous sommes situés au centre du fer à cheval et à égale distance du bout de la route dans les deux sens.
Vous pourrez pêcher, nager et faire de la plongée avec tuba sur la plage ou faire du body-surf, du bodyboard, du kayak, du ski nautique ou du golf à quelques minutes en voiture. Il y a aussi beaucoup de magasins à proximité. Les boutiques de cadeaux et les galeries d'art regorgent de petits restaurants amusants dans la ville de Kapaa. I had such an unforgettable stay here. Perfect location, right near the water and a bunch of shops. Amazing stay!

Perfect location, driving distance to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean place. They had all the supplies we needed. There were kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and coolers. The balcony also had a lovely view and was very private.

I travel to Kauai for work several time a year. These properties are at the perfect location and their amenities just what I need. I alway look to stay here. Very nice property.

Good central location to visit the entire island. Not fancy but very nice and clean. Beach was beautiful but the surf was rough and deep. Swimming and snorkeling is not advisable. But the condo location made it easy to visit the other beaches and enjoy all the island has to offer. Pools were very clean but the bar-b-que pit did not work. The neighborhood has great shopping, markets, and restaurants. Much within walking distance. We had all the conveniences we wanted.

We spent a week here. Very comfortable bed and nice towels. Quiet place and lots of space. Had some fun treats and a bottle of wine to welcome us. We weren’t cooking but everything was there. Would stay here again. Only down side was when we walked to the beach it seemed like homeless, or campers. Not sure. It’s not really a beach to hang out on so no worries!!! Sooo many awesome beaches to enjoy!! Do it!!

Stayed here with one friend. The apartment was super clean and in a location that has a number of great restausrants, cafes and stores. About a 15 min drive from the airport. We wanted to explore a lot do the north side of the island which was about a 35-40 min drive but it’s a real scenic and beautiful trip in a car. Would definitely recommend

This place was fantastic! Stocked with tons of beach goodies and comfy!! Perfect little set up and nice kitchen! You can walk to many great places close by! The coconut marketplace has tons of shopping and food options!! We will most definitely be back!!

Apartment needs a bit of tune up, bathroom, kitchen..
No washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment , the floor mop was dirty , asked for another and was told that this would be taken care of after we check out.
The bed cover needed to be washed, especially throw pillows .
This side of the island is windy , big waves, our teenager could not swim nearby, we had to drive to north shore beaches where it was calmer. It has nothing to do with apartment but something to keep in mind when booking.

this was a great place
we had one issue, the bedroom had no AC, the property management sent a portable unit immediately you could not use both at the same time. we had guest for two days on the pull out couch in the living room we had to alternate AC at night.

simple, wonderful getaway
kitchen was fully equipped and we had what we needed to relax at the beach, a cart to put the chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella which was supplied in our condo;) i would stay there again.

Love hate relationship
We loved the location. Walking distance to shops, food, etc. The beach is close but you need to walk just a little further down to be in a better spot to safely get in. The place was cute, lots of beach stuff to utilize on the balcony, fairly comfortable bed and a free bottle of wine. They did not have our reservation prepared for a late check in which they were informed about. We had to wait for quite some time in the middle of the night for them to text back and forth about our reservation to let us in. The following morning my husband had to go back to the office to get a key. We also got our key deactivated in the middle of our stay. Which was infuriating after a long day out and ready to rest. The cabinet doors were falling off. One sliding door will lock you out on the balcony. Thank goodness I was there to let my husband back inside. The bedroom AC is ridiculously loud. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper so depending on the length of your stay it may not be enough. And for some strange reason the coffee was decaf.

Decent stay, could use additions
Overall this rental is good location, value for the money. Dishwasher would have been useful, but there was none. Absolutely no extra blankets or bedsheets, so families with kids might want to carry one. Check-in was a bit confusing as the front desk of the property couldn't see my reservation, when i called the rental management they sorted it out,which is good. Also, they honored my request for an early Check in by 1 hr. There were plenty dishes and cookware. Beach chairs and umbrella were useful.

Had everything we needed!
Loved that this property provided beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, bags, and beach towels! Location was great, but it definitely isn’t beach side. It’s a good 10 min walk to an ok beach spot that you wouldn’t swim in. But it is right next to some food spots, an abc marketplace, and it’s in the center of the north and south side of the island which was nice to be able to go the same distance either way. Overall I’m very pleased with our stay!

Great little apartment, could sleep four or even a friendly six
Spotlessly clean apartment with lots of up to date features. Two big beds in the bedroom and a substantial sofa bed in the living room (give it a strong tug to get it to open). The A/C while saying it is only in the bedroom, actually has an outlet in the living room. Close to the Coconut Grove shopping center with lots of clothes shops and a big store selling both touristic items but also a limited array of fresh food plus lots of tinned and dry stuff etc. An amazing selection of wines and spirits. Safeway is a ten minute walk, 2 minute drive further up the highway.
The apartment looks out on the shopping center road which, although quiet meant that lounging out on the terrace was not as comfortable as it might be. You can’t see the sea but it is easy to get to. There are swimming pools and hot tubs as well as barbeque equipment (we didn’t find this as we didn’t use it).
Be warned the highway to Kapaa can become seriously congested at times, mostly when they put in the contra-flow, so allow extra time if you want to get to Lihue, Poipu or further west.
We didn’t need the owners for anything but they were very attentive by e-mail.

Centrally located & clean
Our stay at Plantation Hale was awesome. A very quiet place to stay and enjoy Kauai. The Coconut Marketplace is so convenient to have next door and the location of PH is centrally located on the island making it easy to explore the North & South. Our room was as advertised: clean, modern, working AC, and a great kitchenette! We cooked a lot of our meals and everything worked for us. There are 3 pools, 3 bbq's, and 2 hottubs so if one area is crowded you can go to the next one! There is also a walking / biking path that takes you right to Kapa'a. Overall, we wish we stayed longer and we cannot wait to come back.

Great Condo
Good location for doing things in either direction on island. Comfortable and cute condo with everything you need. Private pools were nearly deserted our whole visit, so had them to ourselves. Beach is a little rough for swimming, but great for a walk and getting your feet wet. We would stay here again.

The property was just as shown. Very clean, quiet, close to everything. Beach access was not as easy as posted, but many beaches around so not a problem! I would definitely stay again!

Home in Paradise
Everything about this place is great! Great location, great space, and great management. From the ocean view, quick beach access, walk away from one of the best markets on the island, large space, friendly management, and being the perfect middle ground to explore the island - we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Once checked in - a fine stay @ Plantation Hale
Both condo location and condo itself reaps 4+ stars. Once you're in I think many guests will be pleased with the property. We definitely were. The registration process and check in was a challenge. Reserved unit on HomeAway. Made first payment at time of reservation. Verbiage on site stated to pay balance by specific date. A few days ahead of said date started calling to pay balance. Twice, my phone messages were not responded to. Third time I reached an individual (Princeville Properties) who said they'd call me back with needed info. They didn't. 4th call (on the date balance was due) reached another Princeville individual who informed me balance automatically charged to credit card on file. Wonderful. Could've saved me some grief letting me know this days before.
Come check in date front office at property (Plantation Hale) had no record of my reservation. I was told I'd need call property owner and have them send over contract so they could release the unit keys. It was nearly 10pm Hawaii time, we just spent the whole day traveling there and I never once spoke to the owner prior to visit. Don't even know who this person was/is. What saved our bacon was I brought along a copy of HomeAway reservation. Though they didn't have any record of this in their system the receptions gave us the benefit of the doubt and provided us keys.
As I said, a subpar registration and check in process in our situation. Everything else was great. 4 stars for our overall rating. If you get in clean you're going to have a good stay.

Home Away From Home
From the moment I laid eyes on the beautiful pictures of this property I questioned if this could be real so I took a chance and booked it. I am sooo glad I did! The moment we entered the property my husband and I found it charming, and the condo felt like home. I loved sipping on my early morning coffee looking and listening to the sounds of the ocean waves from my lenai. The sounds of the little frogs chirping at night out on the well maintained grassy lawns was so soothing.
As for the kitchen, it was well stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and utensils, as well as some wonderful spices to cook with. There was even a recipe books filled with local dishes and smoothies.
The grounds were very quiet and the locals were friendly and kind. This being my first time on the island of Kauai, I felt like I picked the perfect spot to vacation. I was in the middle of the island's only main highway so I could easily spend an entire day at one end of the island and not be burdened with having to drive all the way back to the opposite end. It made my vacation that much more restful.
I found my time on this enchanting island to be nothing short of magical and I highly recommend this property in Kapaa. For the first time ever my husband did not want to end his vacation. We had a marvelous time and have promised ourselves to return to this island and this condo.
I hope that you find the charm and comforts of this condo to be as we did and that you too will feel in this condo as though you are at home.

Great place in a great location
This property is in a great place near lots of shopping an a short walk to the beach. It has all the amenities in the kitchen and includes chairs, umbrella, boogie board for sitting or playing on the beach. We had a great time at this location as it Is located halfway between Hanalei and Poipu which has our favorite beaches. I would highly recommend this property!
