neighbours were very noisy, you can hear other people in their rooms (walls are thin)

The property was accessible to restaurants and shops and can be easily located. I like the view that we had overlooking the sea.

Overall, the property is really nice. What I wasn’t so happy about was the breakfast inclusion. More variety with their breakfast would be a good suggestion.

Great location with amazing sea view. Palazzo Pinto was clean, quiet and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice! The host was very helpful and replied to all my enquiries very quickly.

Good localization and beautiful view! Inside of the apartment there is everything you will need during a short stay. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Nothing to dislike

I booked 2 room at Palazzo Pinto for my parents, my partner and I, and it was absolutely amazing. The property just went is renewed so everything is brand new and working perfectly. Exactly as the pictures show. The location is fabulous, just a few steps from shops, cafes and restaurants. Raffaele was very friendly, available and helpful all the time, even on our check out when we requested to leave our luggage there but he could not allow us to do a late check in as he had other guests coming, he find a way to help us, loading the taxi (Enzo is a taxi driver that I highly recommend) in advance and letting us to enjoy the last hours in Vietri Sul Mare before get back to Rome, as our flight was in the late evening.

The breakfast options are a bit limited though, in general only sweet stuff. My parents have issues with sugar so and my partner and I do not have the habit to eat something sweet in the morning at all, so for us, it was a quite struggle to eat that much sugar every day. We understand that Colonial Breakfast is quite simple and the culture in Italy is to eat sweet pastry in the morning, but considering that they might receive guests from overseas adapt a little bit would be nice :) like, just some sandwich bread, ham, and cheese would be awesome. Also, the girl that was serving the coffee was not very welcoming. We missed some extra information regarding how to get around (bus lines, trains etc) and some touristic tips. There was not any folder our material in the room and the staff has never asked if we would need some further information, so we felt a bit intimidated to ask and bother them. Our first day was very difficult to figure out how to travel along the Amalfi Coast and to find the nearest beach from the accommodation. It is very hard to find someone in the village that speaks English. So my tip for the next travelers is to get yourself organized in advance about exploring around because it might be a bit tricky.
