Internet was not working.

we had both suites at the property and they were great with balcony and amazing views of the sea. The pool is big enough and a great way to cool down. location in Vietri was very good and meant came all to the restaurants and square. staff were friendly but a real no frills approach to service. it was great to have parking on site

Furniture on the balcony was uncomfortable and not great and the breakfast wasn’t that good but did it’s job

Amazing views to Amalfi coast! Location is good if you think about restaurants and the village. Swimming pool was nice. Staff was friendly.

Manager moved cars on arrival to accomodate us, staff very pleasant, view from room excellent, breakfast good, 10 min walk to downtown or 5 min walk to high town via gate on solarium level

The standards at the hotel are sadly missing...the manager was terrible and showed no focus or enthusiasm for the hotels guests. It is down as a 4 star hotel, it is 3 on a good day but I would suggest averaging a 2 star. The guest should always come first but here...you are an after thought. The communication was very poor, the standard of cleaning not good enough and hit and miss. On Sunday, without warning or notice, we were informed the pool area was closed for hotel guests due to the hotel holding a private function. No discussion, no flexibility, no other provision for the service already paid for...disgusting. If you want to stay here and take a chance then good luck....you will need it!!

The views from the hotel were outstanding. The location was good half way between the town and the beach. The hotel itself is clean and modern. (Unless you get a room at the back as this have not been updated).

We stayed Friday until Tuesday. The cleaner only cleaned twice and we did not receive fresh towels throughout our stay. The staff very not friendly or welcoming and hardly ever spoke to us. The pool only has 5 sunbeds. On Sunday we was told at 11.30am that a private function had been booked and all facilities would be closed for the rest of the day. There was no other alternative but to sit in our rooms or go out of the hotel. As you can imagine our two children were extremely disappointed by not being able to use the pool. We then had to go to the beach and by that time it was extremely overcrowded. We expressed our annoyance at this to the manager and asked if we would receive compensation for facilities we had PAID for and could not use and all the manager did was shrug his shoulders. For that fact we would never use this hotel again.

Hotel staff was incompetent and unhelpful. There were old clothes in our room when we arrived, safe didn’t work, closet doors broken, shower bad and soundproofing abysmal.

The staff are friendly whether the lady helping at breakfast or the night man; there was easy access to the beach and to the town (up to 10pm).

The Manager could be friendlier.

The hotel was under construction and much of the amenities were unavailable. This should of been told to guests before booking.
