It's a standard big hotel with 6 floors, very basic. A bit run down, but with no major problems. Breakfast was very basic

A good and solid budget hitel with modern furniture, good bathroom, good internet, nothing to complain. Its in a lively business area with the usual fast food restaurants around. Good value for money

Reception and lift look grotty, first impressiin bad, but rooms better. A bit noisy, busy roads nearby. Must shut window when sleeping. The area and hotel does not attract the best crowd, so the security night guard has a busy job and must close hotel with a grill for unwanted guests.

Very good rooms, bathroom and toilets, air conditioning, lift, great view of the city from balcony, great location. Parking is tight but was possible. 24 hour reception desk, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Central Location with lots of restaurants around. Close to the old medina and museums.

They didn't have a room for two adults and two children and gave us two separate rooms. Doesn't quite work when you have little kids. The rooms are really tiny with no room to walk around. The bed frames are feeble and on wheels...so they move around. Finally the three beds were separate beds that were juxtaposed to create a double bed. We could barely sleep! We checked-in with them and they were okay with our driver sleeping in the second room. They did all the paperwork for the driver but then an hour later, literally kicked him out and took the room back. We found out the next morning and had to make it up to the driver. The bathrooms are tiny. The hot water was great...but the plumbing system didn't work well and the entire bathroom was full of water when someone took a shower. really yucky. the breakfast was mediocre - bread, a croissant, and coffee from a Nescafe machine that never heated the water enough. Luke warm coffee is not the best start for the day. Overall, this place just didn't work for us.

Overall nice hotel. Nice friendly staff. Good location for all amenities. The woman at reception was very welcoming and very friendly. What a pleasant stay. We will return 🙂

The only thing I didn't like was being up on the 6th floor with a 5 year old child.
