Very good quality of furnishings towels and supplies for breakfast enabling us to chose what and when we ate. Probably one of the nicest places we have stayed.

There was nothing that we did not like. It would be good to have some cups to fit the coffee machine rather than using the mugs.

An excellent cosy annexe that provides a spacious B&B with facilities for cooking all meals if you wish. An excellent continental breakfast is provided. Locati8on is a pleasant village with easy access to Chichester and South Downs.

Main problem would be for anyone wishing to stay for a week or so and wanting to cook meals rather than go out, Full hob is provided and a micro-wave that acts also as small conventional oven and grill. There is no dining table so you are eating informally. If these limitations don't worry you then you should enjoy everything!

Breakfast was a good one, DIY style in own kitchenette. As we were visiting Goodwood FoS, the location was an excellent one. We got good instructions for finding a great dinner place (the Anchor Bleu) as well as late night service for extra linen for making one extra bed to living room's extendable sofa.

The apartment was first class. We arrived and the keys were in the lock box exactly as promised. The apartment had everything you could wish for. The host, Claire, had though of everything. The lounge was very comfortable and warm with a good size television the bedroom was well laid out with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was perfect, even the towels and toiletries were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of tea and coffee, both instant and ground coffee. Breakfast was included in the price and again we were not in any way disappointed. There was cereal, toast, croissant, jams, marmalade, yoghurts, fruit juice and milk. There was even some pistachio nuts and a jar of quality street chocolates. If you find your-self in the area I cannot recommend the this apartment enough. It is a great place to stay, its well worth the money and the location is perfect. On the booking form I even asked for good weather and Claire was able to arrange that as well.

There is nothing I can mention that is in anyway negative, both my wife and I could not fault it any way, shape or form.
