Breakfast was adequate. The choices though limited, were adequate. the quality of the food too was good.

I think a wardrobe or a cupboard in the room could have been preferred. Daily cleaning of the rooms could be better.

Exceptional property and mesmerizingly beautiful location, tucked in between tea estates and forest all around! It really deserves its name - 'Green Pastures'. The road leading to the property is even more beautiful! (Ooty to Kunnakombai), with lush green tea estates, valley views, villages and hamlets all the way. If you are planning a trip to Ooty you must go on this road even if you don't stay in this property. Otherwise you haven't seen the real Nilgiris. The villa has been meticulously decorated and appointed with classy wooden furniture all the way from Jaipur. It has everything you can imagine - a fully fenced lovely lawn+garden for your pet, a fireplace, fully appointed kitchen with a full sized oven + microwave and even an ice machine! It is very conveniently built for older guests for accessibility as well - both the ground floor and first floor are accessible by car, without having to climb the stairway. Moreover the property has been rightly priced - not less and not more, as of May 2022, and we hope it stays that way. The caretaker and cook Mani as well as other staff (mostly locals) are very polite, diligent and responsive. The property is surrounded by beautiful tea estate where you can go for a stroll with breathtaking views. The pictures posts don't do justice at all! There are 3-4 villas/houses in the property with a common restaurant for breakfast, plus a lawn for playing games.

You cannot just navigate to this place using Google maps as the last 3-4 kms road is not on the map! We followed google maps as advised by StayVista and it took us through a private estate where they rudely told us to turn back for tresspass. StayVista or the owner should provide more explicit and clear instructions after reaching kunnakombai. There is indeed a right turn to a small road with board reading "Green Pastures" on the main road at kunnakombai, but even after that there are several small forking off mud roads which can confuse someone, specially because the network is non existent. Best would be to provide a link to a custom google maps navigation route.

Perfect place for vacation we had a great stay, lots of activity available one who are planning with family, kids and pet can surely visit this villa 😘😘😘😘
