Superb location. Exceptional service. Room was cleam and the breakfast was delicious ❤️ specially the tall black guy was very nice to us. He maintains everything very well as it seems. location is very beautiful with a garden and a bonfire too.

The accompany is good and the way they treat us is exceptional so we could recommend another person.

The main issue is rooms are too old and need some refurbishment and specially WI-FI is not available that is something not good

a bit modest furniture but good for sleeping. after all, you’re only going to spend nights to recharge for eventful days.. I liked how the moment I turned off the lights, the staff were very quiet.. that’s how you show respect for your guests.

no window in room, kitchen was right behind our room and was loud talking, pots and pans and music until around 11pm. Also nobody advised how to use shower when checking in, so the woman had a cold shower.

All I can say is that the entire team made my stay very pleasant. Mical and the other staffs were great as well as the entire front desk and concierge staff! Everyone was both professional and courteous. It is a very clean and convenient location... the views were great too. All told, I highly recommend it!

Very quiet location but in the center of Nuwara Elija - close to the shops, restaurants (I really recommend Dushan's Home Kitchen nearby), bus station, and sightseeing attractions. This location has also a very nice garden where you can sit to relax.

Nuwara Elija is a cool, even coldest location in Sri Lanka - so worth remembering of taking warm clothes and pyjamas. In the bungalow, there is no additional heating or hot water. It's extremely cold inside, especially at night! The guest even can't warm up by taking a hot shower - water is cold even if there are devices in bathrooms to heat water. Rooms are without windows - or with windows inside the building - mine was towards the reception desk so there is no sun and natural light. Rooms are in very poor and old-fashioned style - renovation is required instantly. The bedsheets were not clean, there was some stains. If you expect to have Sri Lankan breakfast - it's impossible there, they serve English-style breakfast. The staff is also the problem - there is one man working who is a receptionist guy, room service, cook and housekeeper at the same time. I think he does not speak English well so it creates some problems and my impression was, he was drunk every evening so I had to agree to breakfast time and other facilities a few times every day. Despite the perfect location in Nuwara Elija, I would suggest avoiding this place. I visited SL two times and definitely, it was the worst place.
