We loved our stay over Spring Break! We are a family of 5, and the accommodations were perfect. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, wagon, cooler, fishing poles, bikes, and pool fun. The best part was sitting in the stunning backyard and watching the boats go by. We even sat in the tiki hut on the water and watched dolphins play! It was so wonderful, we’ve booked our stay again for next year. Thank you!

Property and location are nice, host communication was a 10, but the construction behind the property was noisy and annoying sadly the week we stayed. There is a huge home being built behind this property across the canal and during our week it was Roofing and Exterior work so every morning at exactly 8am the air compressors, nail guns, blowers, and music started and lasted most of the day, it was really disappointing, but not the hosts fault, just ruined any chance of morning coffee or reading outside... The back yard was wonderful, pool was great, outdoor games and pool toys kept the kids entertained every day, we didn't use the outdoor BBQ, but it looked like a great spot for entertaining. Outdoor seating over the canal had an amazing view morning and night and was perfect to sit around and just chat after things slowed down for the day. House had a lot of games in the living room to pick from that kept the kids busy. As others stated, the bedding could use an upgrade, we saw others reviews so we brought our own blankets and comforters and were thankful we did. The house was clean, but I do feel it could use a good "Deep Clean", while nothing felt gross, the floors and bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. That garage had beach chairs, plenty of bikes and helmets, more outdoor games, and fishing gear. We only used the beach chairs and some sand toys, but there was plenty of amenities in the garage which is great! Overall, I would stay again if I was asked.

It was just my husband and I for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect. The house itself has everything you would need. The beach chairs were a plus. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. The backyard is beautiful, I could lay there for days just staring at the palm trees and watching boats go by. The pool was a great size and relaxing. Also enjoyed the cornhole boards. There's a small public beach right down the street along with a large tiki bar and grill, which was always quite crowded but the drinks were delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

This is home located close to restaurants, grocery shopping and everyday needs, yet it is situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy peace and quiet. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The backyard, with its pool and deck overlooking the canal is phenomenal - it's where we spent most of our time. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Unfortunately, weather wasn't as nice during our week but we made the best of it. Was very nice to be able to enjoy the heated pool when we could. Linens could use a major league update. Might want to include some extra blankets for the beds as it did get a little chilly a couple of nights during our stay. Also, the one day we chose to use the BBQ unit, there was no gas to fire up the grill. At that point it was too late to notify the property manager. All in all we had a very nice time and enjoyed sitting on the pier taking in the waterfront view.

This was our first time in Cape Coral. We loved this property. The backyard was amazing and we spent most of our time there. We appreciated the house coming equipped with lots of things, including bikes and fishing poles. The house was clean and had all appliances we needed. We slept in the master bedroom and thought it was comfortable. We would recommend this property to others and hope to come back in the future when there is warmer/better weather!

The view of the water and the waterfall pool are amazing. We saw a dolphin out front. The dock and decking looks brand new. The condo is well appointed and clean. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and communicative was outstanding. Great neighborhood as well. Definitely hope to return.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house any more. The pool was heated which made our evening swims perfect. The location on the channel was beautiful. It had a great outside setup, with the new tiki covered dock. It was a quiet neighborhood but closed to many restaurants and shops. We're already planning our return for next year.

If you looking for a nice beautiful house in Cape Coral you just found it. The house is worth every penny you paying, since you not only find a house in Cape Coral, you sure find a place like home <3

Absolutely the nicest and most well equipped rental weve booked yet. All the extras, all the attention to detail were so above and beyond. I cannot express how relaxingband enjoyable our stay was here. Feom the heated pool to fishing off that big gorgeous covered dock every morning to the comfort and cleanliness of the home. I literally cannot think of one thing i disliked or it lacked. Ive told all of my friends about this place too! Cannot wait to come back!!!

Nice spacious beautiful home. Better than any hotel. The back yard has a pool and a canal hang out area. Our family spent most of our time in the pool and sitting next to the awesome canal are. We were in town for a family wedding. Created many family memories! We’d love to visit in the future!!

Everything was great!! The views were amazing. A lot of stuff was there for activities (bikes,floats and wagon). The response time was great as well!! None of us wanted to leave at all. Thank you for our best trip to the cape to date!!!!

Absolutely loved the house! Close to everything. The house had everythingyou could imagine plus more! The pool and views were amazing! Only recommendation would be to upgrade the master suite! Otherwise, perfect!

Can’t beat dock location from the River.

We absolutely love the location of the house and it was very nice inside. Used the awesome heated pool more than most other vacation spots because it was the perfect temperature for us. Also loved getting under the waterfalls. Everything was just perfect, even got to meet the beautiful daughter and she was so sweet. P.S. The hut was my absolute favorite spot!!

I've just returned from a 6 night stay and it was WONDERFUL. The house was clean, charming, well taken care of, in a gorgeous location on the canal, and offered so many more amenities than what we were expecting. We had adults, kids (11yo & 8), and an infant in our group. A high chair, pack n play, and stroller were available (including crib sheets), as well as plenty of pool and beach toys. The nearby beach (1/3 mile away) was actually closed for construction, but the pool and canal kept us plenty busy outside of a few trips to Fort Myers beach. We fished, caught crabs, and put our paddle boards in right off the dock. There's a great grill, a foosball table, a sofa bed, and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking & grilling large meals. My kids even asked me to buy this house LOL. We were so relaxed and enjoyed great communication with the hosts before, during, and after the trip. Everyone in our group HIGHLY recommends this stay!!!

I have visited more than a handful of rental properties in Cape Coral. This one was by far my favorite. We loved the pool and tiki hut. Communication was excellent with fast response times!

This house is absolut perfect. This is not a 5 star accommodation, but for what it is it absolutely deserves 5 stars! It has everything you need, to have a relaxing stay. The pool and garden are perfect for relaxing, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

We love the property the minute we walked in. The house was everything they listed and more. Beautifully appointed, clean, and so comfortable. Gorgeous backyard, pool was so refreshing, and we enjoyed every minute. ZERO issues, and had one question which was quickly answered. Our daughter heard about it and now SHE is booking it! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This was the bestest vacation!

My wife and I spent three weeks here and our oldest son, his wife and two children (2 & 4) joined us for 5 days. The kids loved the pool and rarely got out of it. I fished in the canal and spent endless hours relaxing in the gazebo watching the boat traffic. This home is in a great area and my wife and I walked or scooted around daily. It was disappointing that the Boat House was closed, due to IAN, but we found lots of other attractions nearby. We had one problem with a brand new water heater acting up, but the property manager and owner took care of it immediately.

We loved the easy checkin and the early access. The location was great. Becky was always helpful and instructions were plain and easy to follow. The house is a little tired and there were some things that need to be fixed. I also thought the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms that shared a bathroom would be close and yet were on opposite sides of the house. We would stay there again as we liked most everything about the property and would be better prepared.
