This property was perfect for our family of 3. The ease of access, cleanliness and communication were awesome! We love staying at Emerald Beach because of the location and amenities- it was great to have a condo that also exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and clean and right on the beach. Didn’t have any trouble with elevators or navigating through the condo. Our host, Cynthia, was in communication with us the entire time and willing to help with anything or answer questions. The view from the condo was unbeatable. Will definitely be coming back and using Cynthia again!

Owner was very nice and open to communicate. Let us check-in 2 hours early. Condo was clean and well decorated. We had a wedding to attend at Runaway Island and this condo provide us a place to stay within walking distance. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. Also really enjoyed the fact that Pier Park was less than a 10 minute drive. Thank you to Cynthia for so quickly addressing all our needs during our stay

This property is amazing! There is so much to do with kids 2 great pools, dive in movie, pizza, ice cream, and starbucks you really dont even have to leave the property. Cynthia was great with communicating check in and out process and where everything is located in the building. She also provides so much: beach towels, beach chair rental and extra chairs in the room! The room is beautifully decorated, clean, smells amazing, and the beds are so comfy. Our weekend getaway was perfect!!

Very nice little condo. Loved that we didn’t have to deal with the elevator. Everything was clean and quiet yet close to all of the things to do in Panama City Beach. Would love to come back here.

We have stayed several different places over the years and this place has far exceeded every place we’ve stayed before. Cynthia was wonderful with communication and even called before our arrival to give me some tips, tricks and preparation. Upon entry, I immediately noticed the details in decor. Everything was so put together and home-y. I was IN LOVE with the kitchen because I love to cook & cooking with that view was even better. Everything was fully stocked and very clean. The location was amazing. I don’t think it could have been any more convenient to be honest. Starbucks and a gift shop down stairs. Multiple ways to get to and from the beach, pool and parking garages so you don’t have to travel a long ways on feet to get to the other side. As far as places to go & eat- SO much was in walking distance, including a little mini mart convenience store for quick trips. There are also themed nights and activities for the kids at random. Cynthia sent me a couple of things going on that she was emailed while we were there to give us ideas on things we could do and eat. I highly recommend to book with Cynthia for your stay. You will not be disappointed!! We will be back in the future.

Our stay was absolutely Amazing!! Cynthia was so easy to work with and if we encountered any problems she resolved it within seconds. The condo could not of been in a more perfect location in the building. We were a short walk to parking garage, beach, pool, and snacks. We would love to stay at this location again.

We love Emerald Beach Resort! We were happy to find this unit. It was the perfect location. Steps away from the quick service restaurant and sky bar. Elevators are optional as getting to the pools and beach are only a few flights of stairs. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that beach chairs were included in the price as those can cost over $200 for the week! Cynthia was just a text away if needed, a wonderful host! We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent a week in Panama City Beach in this condo. Cynthia, the owner was super helpful in guiding us through the check-in and checkout process. The condo itself was clean, spacious and welcoming. Cynthia checked in with us, periodically throughout her stay to make sure there wasn’t any questions we had or anything there was that we needed, I love the proximity of the condo to the beach. Sometimes there was a wait for an elevator for hire Florissant, but we have the option to take the stairs to the third-floor. This is a perfect place to get away. You’ll love the view for the deck I will definitely plan on staying here again !

What a great place for a birthday getaway. Cynthia went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, She made my wife and I so welcome. The condo was super clean and has everything you need. The sunset on the deck was breathtaking. Check this condo out they next time you want to relax and unwind.

Communicating with Cynthia before and during our stay was easy and her replies were prompt. She even suggested restaurants for us! The property was just as described and very clean. We enjoyed breakfast and an evening glass of wine on the patio looking out at the water. One thing to note (which is not a reflection of the owner/quality of property): the unit is located across from the resort bar. There was karaoke one night and it was incredibly loud. It ended a little after 9 so it wasn’t too late at night but we have a baby who was trying to sleep. I definitely recommend this property!

Condo was just as advertised Cynthia was great to work with throughout the whole process from beginning to end very attentive and checked in on us regularly gave dining suggestions that were fabulous all in all it was a great place to stay!!

This was our first trip to PCB with the kiddos and I can't believe how lucky we were to find this unit and host. This 3rd flr condo was clean, well appointed, easy in and out to the beach, pools, resort amenities, snack shacks, you name it., especially with kiddos and gear. It fit our family of 5 very well and we felt super comfortable from the moment we entered. We heard elevator horror stories from others, but we didn't touch an elevator the entire trip, except with a luggage cart on arrival and departure. The host "Cynthia" was spot on with parking passes, directions, and no hassle access to the unit and her correspondence is unparalleled. With kids we came well prepared but if we needed anything the condo had it all, the resort the rest. Kudos to the resort staff, all super friendly. There a convenience store across the street if needed and several restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't have made it any easier. Really was a no issue vacation and we greatly appreciated the added relaxation that came with this condo's location within the resort. I'm already missing my rum on the deck with an outstanding view of the beach while the kiddos are passed out tired in their bunks. We will no doubt book with Cynthia and this unit again without hesitation!! With Gratitude #1 Dad.
