The house is nice and comfortable. The shower head and faucet in the basement bathroom needs to be replaced. Could not get the basement tv to work on cable channels. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. We will rent again for the next family gathering.

Had a fantastic stay with kids and grandkids. We’ve stayed at this property once before, and it is a great spot. Within walking distance of fun little shops, a 30 second walk to beach access, and amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of room to sit as a family and play games while watching the waves. Booking process and communication with the host was terrific. House was comfortable, with everything we needed … did we mention the views. Really a fun, comfortable and fantastic stay.

Great location and view. Upstairs refrigerator was out of commission but they moved the downstairs fridge up to the main floor which we were grateful for. We would stay here again.

Spacious home for family gathering.
We came together at this home and had plenty of room to spread out, quiet conversions, and relaxing setting. The amazing views were enjoyed by all.
The extra kitchen downstairs was helpful as the main kitchen upstairs was smaller.

We came here for a team retreat. The kitchen was smaller than I imagined, however, we did not end up needing to use it. The downstairs family room was very comfortable and spacious. There was also an upstairs living room that was comfortable as well. The house was a bit dated, but the teenagers that we had stayed there like the style, calling it “retro”. It had everything we needed for a short, stay, and both check in and check out or smooth.

We had a great Mother's Day weekend at the house. Great view, short walk to beach access,, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals (except food, of course), so clean. Will definitely reserve again.

The house is perfectly set up for a family of our size. There were 12 of us including an infant, an 8 yr old, a teenager and 4 couples, including great grandparents. Having 2 kitchens and 2 areas to hang out and gather, watch movies and play games was perfect. The beach access was awesome; a short 3- 5 min walk to be on the beach looking at amazing tide pools filled with star fish, anemones, mussels, barnacles, and more. The weather was incredibly mild for mid-November, no wind, 50’s with sunshine and some people were even brave enough to venture in the water in shorts and flip-flops! We all said we would definitely be back to this house!

Celebration and Reunion
We went to Lincoln City to celebrate a husband, father, grandpa, and brother. My brother and his family vacationed in Lincoln City for many years and we thought it was a perfect location for a celebration of his life. Your house had ample space for our group to gather. The views were spectacular and the weather was great for our stay.

The location was great. Don't think we could have had a better place, weather was maybe a little bit cool 55-65 degrees, but was a great view of the ocean. many good memories made. Quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Location
We are a coffee group, all over 70 and love to travel. This was an excellent home, lots of space, amazing views and very close to everything we want to do. Meredith Lodging exceeds my expectations on prompt attendance to any and all issues. There was a minor issue with a newer cleaner and they responded to our concerns and remedied the issue immediately. Also as older adults, some of us can't comprehend the finer details of turning on the gas fireplace, so Meredith Maintenance to the rescue! Thank you for a great stay at Harbor House! Hope to return soon!

70th Birthday
Awesome view!! We wanted a place that mom could see the ocean, as she has always loved it. She's not very mobile due to end stage cancer, so we wanted something special. We definately found it! The kitchen is well stocked w every cooking apparatus needed. Plenty of dinnerware for lots of people. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with 2 kitchens, went way beyond our expectations! Highly recommend this property and we will definately be back!

Wonderful place for a big family or group!
You can’t beat the view or location, and the house is decorated perfectly. Easy single level entry and living for the oldies, and put the more mobile folks downstairs. And the kitchen has every gadget, bowl and gizmo you could want!

Loved our stay in this house. We did have trouble getting in as the key wouldn't work, but finally managed it get it to work in the down stairs door. The management company did someone out, but they didn't show up for another 3 hours. Other than that, it was fantastic!!!

Loved the house
The house was perfect for what we needed. The view was fabulous. The housekeeping could have been better. We had only two towels in the upstairs bathroom. Found more on day two in the dryer. Garbage bags in the garbage cans but none to replace them. FYI the railing on the upper balcony is very loose. We enjoyed ourselves though.

Great view and easy access to beach. Would have been better health wise because of the Corona-virus to have 24 hours between guests. The cleaning lady didn't finish until right at 5:00 and there was a huge pile of garbage from the previous tenants. Could have supplied more t-p and tissues, and also listed the check-out procedures. We new we had to leave by 11:00, but there was nothing to read about checking-out, so we guessed. Sinks and showers were very slow to drain. Nice big place for two families comfortably.

An entire wall of windows made for an amazing view! Easy, quick access to beach. Plenty of room and beds. House was clean and had all of our cooking needs. Hoping for the opportunity to come stay again!

This is NOT a PET FREE Property
Home is beautifully located overlooking the ocean, the beach access is just a block away, and the home was adequately stocked for towels, kitchen, etc. Our problem was that this property stated a NO PET POLICY, however, when we arrived late and went to settle in, there were hundreds of pet hairs all over the red comforter in one of the king rooms, indicating that an animal had slept there. Our family has really bad pet allergies and cannot book properties that entertain pets.
Consequently, we were up doing laundry from 10 pm until 3 am trying to get clean, dry bedding to sleep on! I tried to call the numbers listed and you are put on hold forever while you wait for a sales specialist for Meredith Lodging. Finally, on the last day, I wanted to let them know the kitchen sink was leaking and to tell them about the Pet Issue. Someone finally answered and assured me that it was actually a PET FREE Property, apologized for the experience and promised to get back with me in two days to see what kind of accommodation could be made for our trouble.
They never called back - oh, except for housekeeping, who called to say we were 30 minutes late leaving the property and the cleaning people had to get in there - Yah, Right? The irony of it all.
The location is great but out experience was not. Do not use this property if you have pet allergies you WILL be sorry, and the company is unresponsive.

Beach front vacation
We really enjoyed the stay in Lincoln City. We had three families, our children, join us. We were able to visit many places due to the location and it was easy on and off the hiway to the rental. Would definitely do it again.
