The host was super friendly and the location is super!

The way they used a fragrance diffuser to distract us from of the moisture problem is really a pity! We paid quite a lot, but after a few hours you will smell the moisture. It is not a pleasant feeling to know you have paid quite a lot and to lay in bed with the the pungent smell of moisture. The facilities were all OK, the host was super friendly, but it was really a pity to stayed in a room were we could not open any windows and we had to sleep in the pungent smell of moisture...! I do believe it was especially an unpleasant feeling since we came to Paris to celebrate my birthday...

- Location is really great! Couple of highlights within walking distance and metro station 2 minutes away. - Easy communication with the host and flexibility with checkin times. - Comfortable bed!

- Super humid smell in apartment. - Nice design of the apartment but it can use a touch up. - Bit noisy at night with bar around the corner but you’re in a big city so this will be everywhere. Just mentioning it as a reminder to bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise. - Medium to poor wifi and almost no phone reception.

The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and ideally located. The metro was minutes away, although we were in easy walking distance from wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. We certainly hope to return.

Kitchen facilities, Position, bed is very confortable

As the apartment is on the ground floor, it is very noisy. Woke up every night at least a couple of times. Even if it has been agreed before the travel the need to get an invoice , after several calls to the host and to Booking it took more than 3 weeks to receive the invoice with the correct information.

A bit too slow internet. For basic use OK, but video connection is not possible.

The studio is beautiful, spacious, very well located, and the host was very kind and helpful. We could walk to most places we wanted to visit in Paris, and there are several amazing restaurants just 5 minutes away. We loved our week in Paris and highly recommend the property!

The wi-fi needs some improving, but that did not bother us much since we were in Paris for vacation and most of the time out exploring the city.

Beautifully appointed in the heart of the downtown district. So clean and comfortable. No climbing steps! Choose to eat out or in. All cooking accessories available. Spacious for 2!!

I would give this a solid 10. Please note that there was no air conditioning or laundry (which I think is not easy to find in Paris)

The flat is centrally locates with a modern feel and decoration

We paid full price and the owner refused to reimburse us as compensation for the poor service we received - even for one night. This in spite of the fact that we had 1) No internet for the duration of the 3 days we spent in the flat 2) No water on the second day from morning till afternoon 3) Only cold water on the 3rd day so we could not have a shower 4) The shower unit overflowed due to a blocked drain 5) The Fridge was found in a pool of water and I had to spend an hour cleaning it. The owner said she couldn’t do anything for us and upon my suggestion that she reimburse us for one night she suggested that we leave and found another place at a time when we had no option to do so. Very poor service indeed so be aware.

Perfect location, basically on the seine by notre dame. Close to everything you need including a monoprix to use the well equipped kitchen

If I had to mention something it would be the draining of the bathroom thats needs some adjustment
